Safety Precautions

Danger: Do not put in fire. Do not place near infants or pets as it may cause accidental ingestion or malfunction. Do not disassemble.

Warning: Use in environments where surrounding sounds can be heard to ensure safety. Do not use, store, or leave in humid, dusty, oily, steamy locations, near fire, in direct sunlight, or in hot places like car interiors. Never use while operating vehicles or motorcycles. Be aware of your surroundings when wearing. Do not insert water or foreign objects, as this may cause fire or electric shock. If water or foreign objects enter, stop use immediately and consult your retailer. Do not use while covering the unit with bedding, etc. Do not insert the USB plug when the unit or USB cable is wet, as this can cause short circuits, overheating, or malfunction. If the battery leaks or emits an unusual odor, keep it away from fire immediately and stop use. Use the included USB cable for charging. Be cautious of high volume and prolonged use, as it may adversely affect hearing. Rest your ears approximately once per hour. Do not use near medical devices, as radio waves may affect pacemakers or medical electrical equipment. If you experience skin abnormalities, discontinue use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Avoid prolonged contact with the unit during charging, as it may cause low-temperature burns. Follow cabin crew instructions when using on aircraft, as radio waves may cause malfunctions and accidents.

Caution: Do not use if skin irritation occurs. Consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve. Do not touch the unit for extended periods during charging, as it may cause low-temperature burns.

Battery Disposal: The built-in rechargeable battery is a recyclable resource. Do not disassemble the unit. Dispose of it according to your local municipality's waste disposal rules.

Bluetooth® Interference: Noise, sound interruptions, or disconnections may occur in areas with Wi-Fi or near microwave ovens. The communication range of Bluetooth® can vary due to obstructions (human body, metal, walls) and radio wave conditions. Radio waves from Bluetooth® devices may affect other electronic devices. Turn off the earphones and other Bluetooth® devices in locations such as hospitals, near priority seats on trains, or near gasoline stations where flammable gases are present.

For Long-Term Use

Over-discharge: Rechargeable batteries may degrade due to over-discharge if left uncharged for long periods. For long-term storage, please recharge approximately once a month to prevent over-discharge.

Deformation/Damage/Impact: Earphones and accessories are susceptible to deformation or damage if subjected to prolonged force. Handle with care during storage. Avoid strong impacts such as dropping or bumping, as the product contains precision electronic components.

Drip-proof Specification: The earphones are drip-proof against splashes but are not fully waterproof. Do not intentionally wet them or leave them in pockets of sweaty or rain-soaked clothing, as this may cause malfunction. Promptly wipe off moisture or dirt with a dry, soft cloth and use in a dry state. The charging case is not drip-proof.

Care: Do not use chemicals such as benzine, thinner, or alcohol for cleaning, as this may cause deterioration or malfunction.

Charging

Charging the Charging Case

Insert the USB Type-C® cable into the charging port. Charging takes approximately 2 hours from 0% to full charge.

• Charging Port: USB (C)
• Indicator: White (70-100%), Orange (30-69%), Red (0-29%)
• Note: Charging may stop due to protective functions if voltage is too high or low. Using AC adapters other than 5V may also stop charging. If charging fails, check the USB Type-C cable for damage and try charging again with a 5V AC adapter. Recharge periodically (recommended: once a month or more).

Charging the Earphones

Place the earphones in the charging case to start charging. Charging takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from 0% to full charge.

• Charging will not start if the charging case has no battery.
• If the charging case battery is depleted, the earphones may turn ON and connect to the paired device when placed inside; this is not a malfunction. Please charge the charging case.
• Recharge periodically (recommended: once a month or more).

Wireless Charging

You can also charge wirelessly using a commercially available wireless charger. Full charge may take longer than USB charging and varies by wireless charger.

• Charging may stop due to protective functions depending on the wireless charger or environment.

Power ON/OFF

• Power ON: Remove from charging case. LED White.
• Power OFF: Store in charging case. LED Orange. Ensure the earphone LED is orange before closing the case.
• Power will not turn off if the charging case battery is depleted.
• The power will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of disconnection.
• Power can also be turned ON/OFF by long-pressing the touch sensor. Refer to the Operation List for details.

Pairing (Initial Setup)

1. Remove earphones from the charging case to power ON and confirm they are in pairing mode (LEDs on both earphones flash orange and white).
2. Connect to "AVIOT TE-J2" from your device's Bluetooth settings.
3. Refer to your device's manual for specific instructions.
4. Do not select "APP TE-J2".
5. If pairing fails, try resetting the earphones.

Reset (If Operation is Abnormal)

1. Delete "AVIOT TE-J2" from your connected device's Bluetooth settings.
2. Place both earphones in the charging case, open the case, and long-press the physical button on the back for 10 seconds.
3. The LEDs on the case and earphones will flash white upon reset completion, entering pairing mode.

Warranty Policy

This product is covered by a free repair or replacement service for natural failures under normal use. When contacting AVIOT, please have proof of purchase (receipt or delivery note) ready. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase and is valid only in the country of purchase. The warranty covers only the earphones and charging case. Damage to accessories or packaging during verification or exchange is not covered. Products replaced under warranty (free or paid) are still subject to the original 12-month warranty from the purchase date.

  • Product registration not completed via the AVIOT registration form.
  • Lack of proof of purchase (receipt or delivery note).

  • Accidents due to misuse (including damage from excessive input, burning), drops, impacts, customer negligence, or improper storage. Damage to the product or symptoms appearing regardless of the time of occurrence if scratches or signs of misuse are found on the faulty earphones.
  • Use with non-standard power sources or voltages.
  • Consumable parts.
  • Malfunctions caused by other equipment (e.g., mobile terminals).
  • External damage to the unit or plugs (scratches, dirt) that occurred after purchase.
  • Inquiries made after the warranty period has expired, even if the malfunction occurred within the warranty period.
• AVIOT is not responsible for products not handled by AVIOT.
• Loaner units are not provided during repair or exchange periods.
• Round-trip shipping costs may be charged if the product is deemed outside the warranty scope.
• Earphones are sold as a set (left and right); individual replacements are not available.
• Replacement with the same product may not be possible due to production status or other reasons.

How to Wear

If the earphones do not fit your ears, please replace them with the included ear pieces of a different size. Reversing the ear tip can stabilize the stem and make replacement smoother.
