This document provides instructions for the disassembly of the Philips UrbanGlow LED gen2 luminaire, model BPS367. It details the necessary tools and procedures for safely taking apart the unit.

Tools Required

T15 Screwdriver (for SR screws)
T20 Screwdriver
Flathead screwdriver or prying tool (for clips)

Disassembly Procedure

Step 1: Remove Top Cover

Using a T15 screwdriver, loosen and remove the three SR screws securing the top cover of the luminaire.

Step 2: Detach Top Assembly

Carefully lift the top assembly, which includes the LED module and driver housing, upwards and away from the luminaire base.

Step 3: Remove LED Module

Release the retaining clips holding the LED module in place (refer to the close-up view in the original diagram). Lift the LED module upwards and out of its housing. The diagram indicates 'x4', potentially referring to the number of clips or fasteners for the LED module.

Step 4: Remove Driver Housing

Locate the driver (control gear) mounted within the luminaire base. Using a T15 screwdriver, remove the seven SR screws securing the driver housing.

Step 5: Detach Driver Housing

Carefully lift the driver housing upwards and disconnect any associated wiring.

Step 6: Remove Driver Module

Using a T20 screwdriver, loosen and remove the two screws securing the driver module itself. Then, lift the driver module upwards and out.
