FLEX introduces the new VCE-PS 25 Cyclone pre-separator, a sophisticated solution for dust separation that simplifies work for various trades, including drywallers, carpenters, roofers, floor layers, painters, and decorators. The FLEX VCE-PS 25 Cyclone pre-separator is designed for easy handling and efficient dust disposal. Utilizing cyclone technology, it reliably separates coarse and fine dust, thereby protecting the main filters of connected safety vacuums and significantly extending their lifespan. This not only saves time and money on filter bag replacements but also prevents the accidental dispersal of dust during vacuum emptying. The pre-separator's container can be easily taken outside, emptied directly, and cleaned thoroughly, even with a high-pressure cleaner. This method is cleaner, more practical, and time-saving, especially for tasks like bathroom renovations that require frequent emptying.

Lightweight Helper with Large Capacity

With a 25-liter capacity, a weight of only 4.1 kg, and two comfortable carrying handles, the VCE-PS 25 Cyclone is easy to transport and use flexibly. Its horizontal cyclone design ensures a compact and stable structure, allowing for particularly flexible handling, even in confined construction sites. The 1-meter connecting hose provides additional support for versatile use.

Convenient Use for Efficiency and Cost Savings

The antistatic equipment ensures safe discharge of electrical charges in the suction hose, enhancing working comfort. The transparent container allows users to monitor the fill level at all times, preventing unnecessary work interruptions. Its high separation performance is particularly noteworthy: when working with mineral or gypsum dust, the pre-separator captures 95% of the total dust, with only 5% reaching the vacuum cleaner. For fine sawdust, the separation efficiency is even 99%. This significantly reduces the need for filter bags when dealing with coarse dirt and during renovation work, offering clear advantages in both time and cost savings.

Easy Handling - Usable Wet or Dry

Dust can be disposed of without tools, as the cyclone attachment can be quickly detached from the container. A clip holder ensures secure attachment to FLEX VCE 33 and VCE 44 vacuums when used with the VCE adapter plate. Thanks to its standardized D50 connection, the VCE-PS 25 Cyclone is compatible with all FLEX safety vacuums. An additional benefit is that the volume flow remains almost constant, allowing vacuums with airflow control, such as Class M vacuums, to be operated without issues when used with the pre-separator. The FLEX pre-separator is robust and reliable even for wet applications; water and damp debris are not a problem. Furthermore, as the vacuum's motor head is often installed close to the floor, using the pre-separator prevents dust accumulation and contamination.
