Installation Steps
Step 1: Measure Opening (Diagram 1a & 1b)
Measure the garage opening dimensions: Height (H) and Width (W). Ensure sufficient side clearance (LS ≥ 110mm, RS ≥ 110mm) and headroom (HR ≥ 200mm).
Diagram 1b shows checking for plumb and level using a spirit level, with a checkmark (✔️) indicating correct alignment and crosses (❌) indicating incorrect alignment.
Measurements W1, W2, H1, H2 are shown, with checks H1=H2 and W1=W2.
Step 2: Install Vertical Tracks (Diagram 2)
Attach the vertical tracks to the garage walls. Diagrams show the tracks being positioned and secured with arrows indicating movement and attachment points. Detail views illustrate component connections, possibly using 10mm hardware.
Step 3: Install Horizontal Tracks (Diagram 3)
Assemble the main frame and attach the horizontal tracks. Diagrams show the tracks being mounted and secured with support brackets. Arrows indicate attachment points. Detail views show screw attachments, likely using 17 mm screws.
Step 4: Secure Frame (Diagram 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d)
Position the assembled frame within the opening and secure it to the wall. Diagrams show the frame being moved into place with arrows. Attachment involves screws and anchors (e.g., Ø10mm, 60 mm). The top horizontal track and its supports are also secured.
Diagram 4d shows a detail view with a measurement of 17 mm.
Step 5: Install Spring Mechanism (Diagram 5, 5*)
Attach the spring mechanism and counterbalancing system. Diagrams illustrate the process, with detail views showing correct (✔️) and incorrect (❌) alignment of components. A measurement of 17 mm is indicated.
Step 6: Install Track Supports (Diagram 6a, 6b)
Install additional supports for the horizontal tracks. Diagrams show bracket attachments and securing points. Detail views illustrate component connections, with a measurement of 17 mm indicated.
Step 7: Attach Track to Ceiling/Wall (Diagram 7a, 7b)
Secure the horizontal tracks to the ceiling or wall structure. Diagrams show different mounting configurations. A table indicates weight limits (≤90kg, ≤165kg, ≤250kg) corresponding to bracket types K, L, and M.
Measurements provided include 17 mm, 0-70cm, 1/21, 50-90cm, 60 mm, and Ø10mm.
Step 8: Further Securing (Diagram 8)
Continue securing the tracks and frame. Diagrams show alignment checks with a spirit level (✔️) and attachment details. Measurements of 17 mm, Ø10mm, and 60 mm are indicated.
Step 9: Spring Configuration (Diagram 9, 9*, 9**)
Details the spring mechanism setup for STYLE (F) doors based on width: W<2.7m and W≥2.7m. Also shows the configuration for STYLE+ (F) doors.
Step 9 (cont.): Spring Mechanism Attachment (Diagram 9a, 9a*, 9a**)
Detailed diagrams illustrate the attachment of spring mechanism components. Detail views show screw attachments and alignment checks. Measurements of 17 mm, 60 mm, and Ø10mm are noted. Dimensions X and 1/2X are used.
Step 10: Attach First Door Panel (#1) (Diagram 10)
Attach the first door panel (#1) to the track system. Diagrams show roller attachment and panel securing. A checkmark (✔️) indicates correct installation. A measurement of 16 mm (screw size) is shown. An A=B check is indicated.
Step 11: Attach Second Door Panel (#2) (Diagram 11)
Attach the second door panel (#2). Diagrams show roller attachment and panel securing. A measurement of 16 mm (screw size) is shown.
Step 12: Attach Third Door Panel (#3) (Diagram 12)
Attach the third door panel (#3). Diagrams show roller attachment and panel securing. A measurement of 16 mm (screw size) is shown.
Step 13: Attach Fourth Door Panel (#4) (Diagram 13)
Attach the fourth door panel (#4). Diagrams show roller attachment and panel securing. A measurement of 16 mm (screw size) is shown. Additional detail views with question marks (?) suggest specific roller attachment variations.
Roller Attachment Details (Diagrams on Page 19)
Detailed diagrams illustrate different roller attachment configurations (*, **, ***) with arrows indicating movement and screw attachments. A measurement of 16 mm (screw size) is shown for each.
Step 14 & 15: Wide Doors and Cable System (Diagram 14*, 15)
Diagram 14* shows track installation for wide doors (S > 3000mm). Diagram 15 illustrates the attachment of the cable system. Detail views show cable attachment and roller mechanism operation. A measurement of 16 mm (screw size) is shown.
Installation Checks (Diagram on Page 21)
Diagrams illustrate correct (✔️) and incorrect (❌) installation of vertical tracks and door panels. Arrows indicate movement and alignment. A multiplier '3X' is noted.
Step 16a & 16b: Attach Safety Cables (Diagram 16a, 16b)
Attach safety cables or loops to the bottom of the door. Detail views show correct (✔️) and incorrect (❌) cable connections. Component identifier 'M' is noted.
Step 16c: Winding the Spring (Diagram 16c)
Illustrates the process of winding the spring using a tool. Detail views show the spring being wound. A number '10' is indicated, possibly representing turns or a tool reference.
Step 16d: Spring Mechanism Adjustment (Diagram 16d)
Diagrams show final adjustments to the spring mechanism. Detail views illustrate correct (✔️) and incorrect (❌) adjustments. A measurement of 5mm is indicated for adjustment.
Step 17: Spring Tensioning (Diagram 17a, 17b)
Diagrams show the spring tensioning process. A table relates door height (H) in mm to spring tension (X) in mm, with values ranging from 2000mm (6.8mm tension) to 3000mm (9.7mm tension). A warning 'X=X!' is present. A tool reference '10' is shown.
Step 18: Overview (Diagram 18*, 18a*)
