Metrel Support Portal Registration and Activation Guide
This document provides step-by-step instructions for registering and activating your account on the new Metrel support portal.
To successfully register and activate your account, please use the same email address that you used on the previous portal. If you are unsure which email you used, please send an email to support@metrel.si. Metrel will reply with the correct email address associated with your previous account.
Step 1: Access the Support Portal
To access the support portal, please use the following link: https://www.metrel.si/support.
Upon entering the link in your browser, you will see a window titled "Help Center" for the "Metrel Help Desk Portal". The portal welcomes users and provides a field to enter an email address to log in or sign up, followed by a [Next] button.
Troubleshooting: If you are redirected to a page stating "The content does not exist.", please clear your browser's cookies and cache. After this, you should be able to access the support page normally. After entering your email address, click [Next].
Step 2: Continue with Atlassian Account
A new window will appear. Click the [Continue with Atlassian account] button.
The screen shows a "Help Center" window for signing up with an Atlassian account. It displays a pre-filled email address (metrel.testiranje@gmail.com) and a button labeled [Continue with Atlassian account]. It also mentions "Your Atlassian account" and provides a link to "Learn more".
Step 3: Re-enter Email and Continue
If necessary, re-enter your email address and then click the [Continue] button.
The interface displays a "Jira" login screen prompting to "Log in to continue". It shows the email address metrel.testiranje@gmail.com, a [Remember me] checkbox with an information icon ℹ️, and a [Continue] button.
Step 4: Sign Up
If needed, re-enter your email address and then click the [Sign up] button.
The screen presents a "Jira" sign-up page with an email field for metrel.testiranje@gmail.com. It includes text stating, "By signing up, I accept the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.", followed by a [Sign up] button.
Step 5: Confirm Not a Robot
Confirm that you are not a robot.
A "Jira" sign-up screen appears with a message: "We'd like to make sure it's really you creating your account. Please confirm you're not a robot." It includes the email address metrel.testiranje@gmail.com, the acceptance text for terms and privacy policy, and a checkbox labeled [I'm not a robot] associated with reCAPTCHA, followed by a [Sign up] button.
Step 6: Verify Email Code
You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email. Enter the code and click [Verify].
The screen shows a "Jira" prompt: "We've emailed you a code". It instructs to enter the code sent to metrel.testiranje@gmail.com into five input fields and click [Verify]. There are also options for "Didn't receive an email? [Resend email]".
Step 7: Final Confirmations
You will need to confirm two more times, after which you will be able to use the Metrel technical support portal.
The interface displays a "Jira" screen titled "Join your team on Jira". It indicates that Metrel has approved the email domain (@gmail.com), allowing immediate access to Jira. It also shows the logged-in user as metrel.testiranje@gmail.com with an option to [Switch account].
Step 8: Access Metrel Technical Support
After successfully creating your account, you will be redirected to the page shown below.
The page is titled "Metrel Technical Support" within the "Help Center". It welcomes the user and states, "You can raise a request for Metrel Technical Support using the options provided." The options are presented as:
