- In case the burner flames extinguish accidentally, turn off the burner knob and do not attempt to relight the stove for at least 1 minute.
- Before installation, ensure that the local distribution conditions (nature of gas and gas pressure) and the stove adjustment are compatible.
- Stove adjustment conditions are indicated on the label (or data plate).
- The gas stove is not connected to a combustion product evacuation device. It must be installed and connected in accordance with current installation standards. Special attention will be paid to ventilation requirements.
- CAUTION: The use of a gas stove produces heat, humidity, and combustion products in the room where it will be installed. Ensure the stove is well-ventilated, especially when in use, keep natural ventilation openings open or install a mechanical ventilation device (mechanical extractor hood). Intensive and prolonged use of the stove may require additional ventilation, for example, opening a window, or more effective ventilation, for example, increasing the level of mechanical ventilation where available.
- CAUTION: Accessible parts can be hot when the burners are in use. Small children should be kept away.
- CAUTION: This stove is only for cooking. It must not be used for other purposes, such as heating rooms.
- An additional protective device is available to prevent contact with the oven door. This part must be installed when small children are expected.

Installation Requirements
01 The use of a gas stove generates heat and humidity, so good ventilation is essential for the safe operation of the stove. The room where the gas stove is installed requires a window that can be opened, or a permanent vent to allow heat or air to escape directly outside. A gas stove can be installed in a kitchen or bedroom, but needs sufficient space. Please do not install it in the following rooms:
Room Size | Ventilation Opening |
Less than 5m³ | Min. 100cm² |
5m³ to 10m³ | Min. 50cm² |
Greater than 10m³ | Not necessary |
In the basement | Min. 65cm² |
02 If the gas stove is to be used for a prolonged period, additional ventilation is necessary, for example, by installing an extractor hood.
03 Ventilation should not reduce the performance of the gas stove or extinguish the flame.
04 Adjacent units must be made of non-combustible materials. The front surface must be able to withstand a temperature of at least 50°C. If the gas stove is installed near other appliances, the minimum distances specified in the "Installation Diagram" must be respected.
05 The rear support must be installed to ensure that the heat from the rear cover can dissipate without problems. (For some models only)
06 An anti-tip device must be installed to prevent damage to the stove during use or cleaning. (For some models only)
PROHIBITED ?
- Do not install the gas stove on a carpet.
- Do not install the gas stove next to the refrigerator.
- Do not install the power outlet next to the gas stove.
- Do not obstruct the gas exhaust vents of the gas stove.
Precautions for Gas Cylinder Connection
- Before connecting the gas cylinder, ensure that the local distribution conditions (gas type and gas pressure) and the gas stove are compatible.
- If you need to use the stove with a different type of gas in the future, you should consult an authorized service technician to perform the corresponding conversion.
- Gas stoves are designed for use with LPG gas. Pressure: LPG 27.5 mbar.
- Always use a pressure regulator exclusively for your gas stove. Lack of a pressure regulator can cause overpressure and gas leaks. Always check the validity of the pressure regulator.
- The hose length should be between 0.4 meters (minimum) and 1.5 meters (maximum). Worn or damaged hoses must be replaced. Ensure the hose is not kinked or bent. It is recommended to replace the hose within 1 year of the manufacturing date or if national conditions require it.
- Pressure regulators must comply with the regulations in force in the country where they are installed, which can be consulted from your nearest gas supply dealer. Consult the technical data sheet. It is strictly forbidden to use pressure regulators. The lifespan of the regulator is estimated at 10 years. It is recommended to replace the regulator within 5 years of the manufacturing date or if national conditions require it.
- Always use a PVC hose for temperatures from -20°C to 100°C. Ensure that the hose: Is not kinked. Is not behind the gas stove or near hot air outlets. Is less than 125 cm long.
- If possible, install the gas cylinder outside the kitchen, in a protected area with airflow.
- Use a 1/2" metal hose to connect the gas stove.
- Use only a plastic hose when it is not routed behind the gas stove.
NOTE
- The gas stove should only be connected to the gas supply system by authorized and qualified personnel.
- Connection by unqualified personnel of the gas supply system can cause explosions or poisoning.
- The manufacturer is not responsible for damages caused by procedures performed by unauthorized persons.
- Before connecting the gas supply system, ensure that the pressure regulator valve is closed, otherwise there is a risk of explosion.
- The gas hose must not be pinched, bent, blocked, or in contact with the gas stove surface.
- Replace the damaged gas hose in time, as it can cause an explosion.
Steps for Gas Cylinder Connection
Always check the validity of the pressure regulator. The hose and regulator must be replaced every 5 years or when they break.
- Place the metal clamp on the end of the hose.
- Connect the hose to the oven inlet and tighten the clamp.
- Place the other clamp on the opposite end of the hose and connect it to the pressure regulator and tighten the clamp.
- Carefully screw the pressure regulator onto the gas cylinder.
- After installation, check for gas leaks using soap or liquid detergent foam.

Caution in case of gas leak
If a gas odor is detected inside the dwelling, the following precautions should be observed:
- Close the gas cylinder valve and all control knobs.
- Do not ignite any flame.
- Do not operate electrical appliances or power switches, such as mobile phones, extractor hoods, ignition buttons, etc.
- Open windows to dissipate flammable gases.
- Go outside and contact the local fire department and the gas cylinder supplier for assistance.
Icons indicating: No open flames, no electrical devices, no mobile phones.

Important Recommendations
The user cannot use cookware whose edges overlap the cooking zone.
For lower and more efficient gas consumption, it is advisable to use pots with a diameter suitable for the size of the burners (Fig. 1 and 2). Avoid the flame burning uncovered (Fig. 3). It is advisable to reduce the flame as soon as the liquid begins to boil, and maintain the minimum flame necessary to keep it boiling. Ensure adequate ventilation in the room where the stove is installed. To facilitate ignition, ignite the burner before placing the pot on the pot rack.
Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 diagrams illustrating pot placement and flame.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Before proceeding with cleaning or maintenance, ensure that the control knob is closed, the gas cylinder valve is closed, and if it is a model with a motor, ensure that the power plug is disconnected.
- After cooking, wait for the stove to cool completely before cleaning. If the product is not cleaned, the surface of the cooktop may deteriorate, which may affect the lifespan of the stove and cause a dangerous situation.
- Cookware (such as: grill rack, drip pan, baking pan, etc.) should not be washed directly with cold water, but with hot water.
- Clean the product surface with a soft cloth, a warm soapy cloth, and a solution of warm soapy water (1 liter of water, 2 tablespoons).
- When cleaning the control panel and the cooktop, it is recommended to wipe with a dry paper towel dampened with a soapy water solution, and then dry with a clean soft cloth or a dry paper towel.
NOTE:
- When cleaning the gas stove, do not let food residues or oil drops enter the round burner holes.
- Disconnect the power before cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts (for some models only).
- Always keep the gas stove clean.
- Do not use harsh caustic or abrasive cleaners.
- Do not use hard objects, such as wire brushes, to clean the stove surfaces.
- Do not use scouring pads, as they can damage the appearance and finish.
WARNING: Do not use a rough or sharp metal scraper to clean the oven door glass. If the oven door glass surface is scratched, it may break and cause injury.
