Installation Instructions

Safety Precautions

Ensure the appliance is mounted and installed professionally according to these instructions. All installation and adjustment work, including gas conversion, must be performed by an authorized expert in accordance with local gas and electricity supply company regulations. Disconnect electricity and gas before any work. Verify local gas type and pressure compatibility with the appliance settings. Electrical appliances must always be earthed. If installing an extractor hood, ensure a minimum distance of 650 mm from the cooktop.

The appliance is designed for domestic use only and for food preparation. Ensure adequate ventilation in the kitchen, especially when the appliance is in use. Avoid using the appliance for purposes other than cooking, such as heating rooms. Accessible parts can become hot during use; keep children away.

Before Installation

Appliance Unpacking

Check the appliance for damage after unpacking. Do not connect if damaged. Dispose of packaging environmentally responsibly.

Appliance Dimensions

Note the specified dimensions: Height 900-930mm, Width 757mm, Depth 576mm. Ensure adequate clearance around the appliance, with minimum distances of 50mm to adjacent units, 100mm to the rear, and 400mm above.

Rating Plate

Technical data is located on the rating plate at the rear of the appliance. Do not remove the rating plate.

Ventilation Guide

Install only in a sufficiently ventilated room according to applicable standards. Ensure combustion air volume is not less than 2 m³/h per kW of power.

Installation

Adjustable Feet

The appliance comes with adjustable feet. For specific models, follow instructions to attach them. Level the appliance after all other installation tasks are completed by adjusting the feet.

Electrical Connection

Connection must be made by a licensed expert according to IEE standards. Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating plate. The power supply must be correctly earthed. A 16A circuit is recommended. Ensure the power cable is not trapped, crushed, or in contact with sharp edges or hot surfaces.

Gas Connection

Connect according to current standards. Verify local gas type and pressure compatibility. Connection and seal adjustment must be done professionally. The appliance is prepared for LPG (G30) and includes jets for natural gas (G20). If connecting to LPG, install an appropriate pressure regulator. Use only approved connection lines or flexible hoses.

Flexible Hose: Ensure hoses are not trapped, crushed, or subjected to torsion. Avoid contact with sharp edges or hot surfaces. Ensure the total hose length is accessible for inspection.

Safety Valve: Mandatory installation for gas supply control. Place between the gas line and the appliance. Ensure unobstructed access.

Leak Check: After connecting the gas line, check connections for leaks with soapy water. Initial use: Light all burners and check for stable flames at high and low settings.

Gas Type Conversion

If the appliance is not configured for the existing gas type, it must be converted by an authorized expert. This involves replacing jets and potentially adjusting the low flame and primary air. Refer to the "General Nozzle Table" for details.

Burners

To replace jets: Remove pan supports, burner caps, and burner crowns. Unscrew the jet and replace with the appropriate one for the new gas type. Replace the gas label. Reassemble in reverse order.

Oven and Grill Burners

To replace jets: Remove the rear cover. Remove the top burner/grill screws. Unscrew and replace the jet. Replace the gas label. Reassemble in reverse order.

Low Flame Adjustment

Adjust the oven control knob to the lowest setting. Slightly loosen the internal adjustment screw via the gas tap opening. Adjust until a stable flame is achieved. Loosen to increase gas flow, tighten to decrease. The correct adjustment results in a small flame of approximately 3-4 mm. Reassemble the control knob. Ensure the flame does not extinguish when changing settings or opening the oven door.

User Instructions

Important Information

Read the user manual carefully for safe and correct operation. Keep manuals and accessories in a safe place. Review the appliance for transport damage. Dispose of packaging responsibly. This appliance is labeled according to the European WEEE directive. Professional installation of electrical and gas connections is required. Damage from incorrect connection is not covered by warranty.

Safety Precautions

Hot Surfaces: Never touch hot burners, cooking compartment surfaces, heating elements, or oven steam outlets. Keep children at a safe distance. Open the oven door carefully as hot steam may escape. Areas between burners can become hot during prolonged use.

Risk of Fire: Do not place flammable objects on the cooktop or in the storage compartment. Never leave hot oil or grease unattended.

Risk of Short Circuit: Do not trap the power cable in the appliance door or near hot burners.

High-Proof Alcohol: Be cautious with foods prepared with high-alcohol content beverages. Alcohol vapors can ignite.

Inadequate Ventilation: Never use gas burners in unventilated rooms. Ensure adequate ventilation or use an extractor hood during prolonged cooking.

Repairs: Incorrect repairs are dangerous. Only qualified service engineers should perform repairs. Never replace a damaged power cable yourself. Turn off the circuit breaker if the appliance is defective and call for service.

Gas Installation / Gas Odor: If you smell gas, immediately shut off the gas supply, extinguish flames, turn off electrical appliances, open windows, and ventilate. Call technical assistance or your gas provider.

Safety Valve: Close the safety valve if the cooker will not be used for an extended period.

Damage to Property: Only use burners with cookware. Do not heat empty pots or pans. Do not allow pots to boil dry. Ensure the pan base is clean, dry, and flat. Follow cookware manufacturer instructions. Aluminum foil and plastic containers can melt onto hot burners.

Damage to Oven: Do not cook food on the oven floor. Do not cover the oven with aluminum foil. Do not place the oven or cookware on the oven floor, as this can cause heat accumulation and damage the enamel. Never pour water into a hot oven. Avoid excessive moisture in baking pans.

Damage to Adjacent Unit Fronts: Do not stand or sit on the open oven door. Allow the oven to cool with the door closed. Keep the oven door seal clean.

Your New Appliance

Never use high-pressure cleaners or steam jets. Avoid caustic or abrasive cleaning agents. Do not clean the appliance while it is hot. For easier oven cleaning, turn on the oven light.

Using the Correct Cleaning Agent

Do not use abrasive or acidic cleaning products, or scouring pads like steel wool. These can damage surfaces.

Appliance Parts and Cleaning Agents

Cleaning the Oven Interior Glass

The interior glass of the oven door can be removed. With the door semi-open, use both hands to remove the glass. If the glass is screen-printed, ensure the print is legible when the door is open after reassembly. For models with retaining clips, open the door fully, flip the hinge clips outwards, close the door slowly until the hinges engage, press the buttons on the top profile, and slide out the profile. Remove the glass with both hands. Reassemble in reverse order.

Removing and Installing the Appliance Door

The appliance door can be removed for cleaning. Each hinge has a locking lever. When the lever is folded (A), the door is secured. When open (B), the hinge is unsecured, and the door can be removed. Do not touch the inside of the hinge. To remove: Open the door, lift the locking levers, close the door until resistance is felt (approx. 15°), hold the door by both sides, close slightly more, and lift the door upwards at an angle. Do not dismantle the door.

Installing the Appliance Door

Hold the door at an angle. Insert both hinges into the supports. Position the door so the hinge slots engage. Open the door. Fold the locking levers on both sides. Close the appliance door.
