Samsung Promotion Rules
Promotion Announcement Date and Effective Date: 01.07.2025.
1. Organizer of the Promotion
Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, Praterstrasse 31/14 Obergeschoss, Vienna, Austria (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung"), is organizing a promotion in the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/) for employees of Valamar Riviera d.d. during the promotional period from 01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025, or while stocks last. Employees can purchase eligible Samsung devices from the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/).
The following table lists the Samsung devices eligible for this promotion:

2. Participants and Promotional Period
This promotion is available in the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/) for private customers (end-users) who are employees of Valamar Riviera d.d., have a delivery address in the Republic of Croatia, and meet the conditions stipulated in these Rules, as well as the purchase conditions published in the General Terms and Conditions on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr).
The promotion runs from 01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025, or while stocks last (the "Promotional Period"). The promotion may end earlier if the stock of devices listed in point 1 of these Rules is depleted. Samsung will notify customers of any early termination without delay, in the same manner as these Rules were provided.
3. Promotion Benefits
These Rules govern the terms of this promotion.
Employees of Valamar Riviera d.d. will receive a promo code and a purchase link by scanning a QR code. The promo code entitles the participant to a discount based on the lowest price of the device in the last 30 days, as detailed in the table below, depending on the selected device.
During the Promotional Period (01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025, or while stocks last), participants must add one of the devices from the table below to their shopping cart and apply the obtained promo code.
By entering the promo code, the lowest price of the device in the last 30 days will be automatically reduced by the percentage indicated in Table 1, depending on the selected product.
The promo code is applicable only if the shopping cart contains one of the devices listed in Table 1.
4. Other Conditions for Participation and Benefit Realization
To be eligible for this promotion, customers must meet the following conditions:
- Be an employee of Valamar Riviera d.d.
- Obtain a promo code and purchase link by scanning a QR code.
- During the Promotional Period, apply the obtained promo code to the shopping cart in the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/), which contains one of the products listed in Table 3 of these Rules.
- Be an end-user of the device who is at least 18 years old (end-users are persons with a delivery address in the Republic of Croatia who purchased the device for their own use, not for resale or distribution).
NOTE: For all aspects of device purchase not explicitly covered by these Rules, the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr) apply. The processing of personal data collected for the purchase is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr).
5. Promo Code Application
The promo code can be used exclusively in the Samsung online store Croatia (https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/) during the period from 01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025, or while stocks last. The promo code can be applied to only one shopping cart during the Promotional Period, and only if the cart contains one of the devices listed in Table 3 of these Rules.
The participant must enter the obtained promo code into the shopping cart.
The promo code cannot be used more than once.
The promo code cannot be combined with other promotions or other promo codes.
Due to the specific nature of operation: on the websites www.samsung.com/hr and https://www.samsung.com/hr/offer/valamar/, gifts and free devices may be displayed in the cart during purchase, but these are not included in this promotion, and participants are not entitled to them.
6. Delivery of Purchased Devices and Personal Data Processing
The delivery of all purchased devices is subject to the General Terms and Conditions published on the Samsung online store Croatia website (www.samsung.com/hr), and the processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Policy also available at www.samsung.com/hr.
7. Right to Amend Promotion Rules
Samsung reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time for justified reasons, with the obligation to notify customers of any changes without delay.
