Installation Instructions for Replacing the Fan House in Villa

Important Safety Precaution: Unplug the toilet from any power source before starting!

Part 1: Removing the Existing Fan Housing

  1. Push the plastic sleeve up through the hole as shown in the image. [? Image: Plastic sleeve being pushed upwards]

  2. Remove the button. [? Image: Button being removed]

  3. Open the plastic sleeve as shown in the images and remove it. [? Image: Plastic sleeve opened and removed]

  4. Loosen the two knobs as indicated by the arrows in the image and pull out the fan housing. [? Image: Knobs being loosened, fan housing pulled out]

  5. Remove the cover and the connectors as indicated by the arrows in the image. [? Image: Cover and connectors removed]

  6. Loosen the cable as indicated by the arrows and the image, and remove the cord. [? Image: Cable loosened and cord removed]

Part 2: Installing the New Fan Housing

  1. Install the gasket in the 12 V housing as shown in the image. [? Image: Gasket installed in 12V housing]

  2. Pull the cord through the hole as shown in the image. [? Image: Cord pulled through hole]

  3. Install the fan housing using the 2 knobs and also the 2 washers underneath the fan housing as shown in the image. [? Image: Fan housing installed with knobs and washers]

  4. Install the plastic cover plug. [? Image: Plastic cover plug installed]
