Health Tips
Blood Oxygen Tips
Oxygen saturation is the percentage of oxygen-bound oxyhemoglobin (HbO2) capacity versus total hemoglobin (Hb) combined capacity, indicating the concentration of oxygen in the blood.
Heart Rate Tips
The heart rate for most people is about 60-120 beats per minute. For quiet individuals, it's typically 60-90 bpm, with an optimal rate around 70 bpm. For athletes and trained individuals, the heart rate can be 40-60 bpm. For effective and safe aerobic exercise, the target heart rate is generally calculated as 170 minus your age, or between 108 and 144 bpm. Heart rate is dynamic and changes due to exercise, diet, personal factors, and mood.
Blood Pressure Tips
Cardiac systolic blood pressure is the peak pressure in the arteries during contraction of the heart, while diastolic blood pressure is the lowest pressure in the arteries during relaxation of the heart. The average person's blood pressure is typically around 80 (low pressure) - 120 (high pressure). Blood pressure can vary based on age and sex; generally, middle-aged and older individuals, and men, may have higher blood pressure than younger people and women, respectively. Blood pressure is also dynamic and influenced by exercise, diet, personal factors, and mood.
