How to Wear Properly
The wristband is best worn after the ulnar styloid. Adjust the size of the wristband according to the adjustment hole to buckle the wrist strap. Ensure the sensor is close to the skin to avoid movement.

How to Charge the Wristband
For first-time use, ensure the battery has power. If the device does not turn on, connect the charger. The wristband will automatically power on when charging.
Charging Method: Pull out the straps at both ends of the bracelet and insert the USB plug into a computer's USB port or a mobile phone charger.
How to Power On/OFF
- When the device is turned off, touch and hold the function button for more than 4 seconds to turn the device on.
- In the Bluetooth area interface of the bracelet, press and hold for 2 seconds to enter the shutdown interface. Select ON for 3 seconds to exit the shutdown page, select OFF for 3 seconds and then turn off the bracelet.
- When the device is turned on, touch the short press function key to light up the screen.
- When the wristband is on the default clock page, touch the function key to switch between different pages. If there is no operation, the LED display will turn off after 5 seconds.
- Switch to the heart rate and blood pressure interface and press to start the test. If the Heart rate and blood pressure test takes 50 seconds, the LED display will automatically time out.
- Turn off (if the wristband has this function).

How to Connect the Device
For the first time, connect to the APP for calibration. After successful connection, the bracelet will automatically synchronize the time. Otherwise, step and sleep data may not be exact.
After pairing, the APP automatically saves the Bluetooth address of the bracelet and will open and run in the background, automatically searching and connecting to the bracelet. For Android phones, ensure the APP is running in the background and has permission to read contact information from phone system settings.

APP Functions and Settings
Personal Information
Please set your personal information after entering the app. Navigate to Settings → Personal Settings to set gender, age, height, and weight. You can also set daily exercise and sleep goals to monitor progress.
Message Notifications
[Incoming Call Alert] ? The wristband vibrates and displays the caller's name or number when the function is enabled. Requires APP permission to read the address book.
[SMS Notification] ✉️ The bracelet vibrates when a text message arrives if the SMS reminder function is enabled.
[Other App Notifications] ? Receive reminders for messages from apps like WeChat, QQ, and Facebook. The wristband vibrates and displays content (approx. 20-40 words) which clears automatically after viewing. Requires APP permission for system notifications.
Reminders
[Vibrate Reminder] ? The bracelet vibrates for incoming calls, messages, or other reminders. If disabled, only screen notifications will appear to avoid interruptions.
[Sedentary Reminder] ?♀️ Enable this function to receive reminders if you sit for extended periods. Set the reminder interval in your profile. For Android users: Ensure "Yoho Sports" is allowed to run in the background and grant it all necessary permissions.
Smart Alarm Clock
[Smart Alarm Clock] ⏰ Set up to three alarms that synchronize with the bracelet. Supports offline alarms, meaning the bracelet will remind you even if not connected to the APP after successful synchronization.
Bracelet Display Settings
Configure screen switching for wristband functions. The display page changes upon pressing the function button.
[Find Wristband] ? In the connected state, tap "Find Wristband" to make the bracelet vibrate.
[Shake to Take Photo] ? Enter the photo interface, shake the wristband, and it will automatically take a photo after a 3-second countdown. Allow the APP to access the album to save photos.
[Raise to Brighten] ? Enable the function to automatically light up the screen when you raise your hand.
[Sedentary Switch] ⏳ Set the time for the sedentary reminder.
Wristband Display Instructions
Press and hold any interface for 2 seconds to enter/exit the sub-menu.
Clock Interface
After synchronizing with the phone, the bracelet automatically calibrates the time. Standby time settings allow for three theme clock interfaces.
Step Tracking
Number of Steps: Wear the wristband to record daily movement steps and view real-time step counts.
Activity Tracking
Distance: Estimates movement distance based on walking steps.
Calorie: Estimates calories burned based on walking steps.
Heart Rate & Blood Pressure: After entering the test interface, results are displayed within seconds. Requires wristband support for these sensors.
Multi-sport Mode
Time-sharing Step: Starts step count from 0, displays system time, step value, and duration. Adds to total steps upon exiting.
Skipping Rope Mode: Displays system time, records the number of skips, and duration.
Sit-up Mode: Displays system time, records the number of sit-ups, and duration.
Sleep Mode: Automatically monitors sleep upon falling asleep, detecting deep sleep, light sleep, and wakefulness to calculate sleep quality. Sleep data is viewable only via the APP. Data is available when worn to sleep and synced to the app between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM the next day.

Precautions
- Bathing and swimming should not be done while wearing the device.
- Connect the bracelet when synchronizing data.
- Do not expose the device to moisture for extended periods, or to extremely high or low temperatures.
- If the device restarts unexpectedly, check your phone's memory information and try again, or exit and reopen the APP.
