Warranty Information

House of Marley warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use and service. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, attachment of unauthorized accessories, product alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, improper power supply, loss of power, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism, or environmental conditions beyond the control of House of Marley.

For commercial or professional use, the warranty period is limited to 3 months from the date of purchase.

Battery Information and Disposal

The Uplift 2 Wireless includes a rechargeable battery designed to last the lifetime of the product. In the event a replacement battery is needed, please contact Customer Services for details on warranty and out-of-warranty replacement services.

Battery Directive: Batteries contain substances that can be damaging to the environment and health. The symbol indicating this means batteries must not be disposed of with domestic waste. Please dispose of batteries at designated collection points.

WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Explanation

The WEEE marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.
