Samsung Business "First Buyer Discount" Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTER OF THE PROMOTION

1.1. The organizer of the "First Buyer Discount Promotion for Samsung Business Customers on the Webshop" (hereinafter: "Promotion") is Samsung Electronics Magyar Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (branch and correspondence address: 1138 Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2. 7th floor; company registration number: 16-10-001767; tax number: 10276451-2-16; contact: https://www.samsung.com/hu/support/email/) (hereinafter: "Organizer").

1.2. The Organizer informs Participants that the General Terms and Conditions for purchases made directly through the Organizer's own webshop, i.e., the website https://www.samsung.com/hu/business/, can be found at https://www.samsung.com/hu/business/estore-gtc/#privacy.

2. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

2.1. Only natural persons who are over 18 years of age and have a Hungarian place of residence or stay, and are legally capable (hereinafter: "Participant") can participate in the Promotion, provided they are within the period specified in Section 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions, and:

1. 2.1.1. exercise at least one of the discounts specified in Annex 1 to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Discounts" or individually: "Discount");
2. 2.1.2. purchase through the Organizer's Samsung Business Webshop, i.e., the website https://www.samsung.com/hu/business/ (hereinafter: "Samsung Business Webshop").

2.2. If the Participant is a person over 18 years of age with limited legal capacity, they are only entitled to use the Discounts together with their legal representative, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

2.3. If the Participant is a person under 18 years of age who is legally incapable, only their legal representative can act on their behalf, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

3. SUBJECT OF THE PROMOTION

3.1. Within the framework of this Promotion, the following discounts can be availed by Participants:

1. 3.1.1. The Participant is entitled to exercise 1 (one) Discount within the framework of this Promotion, through which they can receive a price discount (hereinafter: "Price Discount") under the conditions and during the period specified in these Terms and Conditions. (hereinafter: "Discount").

3.2. The percentage-based price discount will always be deducted from the end-user price of the Product participating in the Promotion.

3.3. The Promotion is exclusively valid for purchases made on the Samsung Business Webshop and can be combined with other promotions, price discounts, and other offers. The Organizer expressly states that the Discounts provided by this Promotion are exclusively valid for purchases made directly through the Organizer's operated website https://www.samsung.com/hu/business/. Therefore, Strong&Unique Kft.'s website https://www.ses.hu and BRAVOPHONE Kft.'s website https://www.sestore.hu are not participating in this Promotion.

3.4. Therefore, only 1 (one) Discount can be exercised per purchase within the framework of this Promotion during the Promotion Period.

3.5. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

3.6. The Organizer expressly informs Participants that if a Participant purchases a Product participating in the Promotion as part of a promotional offer, and based on the quantity or total value of the purchased Product(s) participating in the Promotion, they purchased a Product participating in the Promotion at a discounted price, and the Participant withdraws from the contract regarding some of the Products participating in the Promotion, the Organizer will refund the corresponding part of the purchase price paid by the Participant as if the Participant had purchased the Products participating in the Promotion at the original price without discount, provided that due to the withdrawal, the Participant's purchase no longer meets the conditions of the promotion under which the Organizer undertook to provide the discount.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

4.1. The Promotion is valid from June 23, 2025, 10:00 AM to December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM, or as long as the stock of Products participating in the Promotion is available on the Samsung Business Webshop, or until withdrawal (hereinafter: "Promotion Period").

4.2. The Organizer can only provide the Promotion during the Promotion Period or as long as the stock of Products participating in the Promotion is available on the Samsung Business Webshop.

5. TAXES, COSTS

5.1. Any tax liability related to the Discounts shall be borne by the Organizer. The Organizer has no further obligations beyond providing the Discounts and settling their tax implications.

6. PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The Participant can find information about the Organizer's general data processing activities and data processing activities related to purchases on the Samsung Business Webshop at the following link: https://www.samsung.com/hu/helyi-adatkezelesi-tajekoztato/.

6.2. The Organizer informs Participants that in addition to the data specified in the Samsung Webshop Data Processing Notice, the Organizer does not process any further personal data in connection with this Promotion.

7. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

7.1. The Organizer assumes no liability for the failure or delay in providing the Discounts, or for damages incurred during their delivery, if such failure or delay is beyond the Organizer's control.

7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion without justification, including the termination of the Promotion. The Organizer will publish information regarding this in the same manner as other announcements related to the Promotion, and any modifications will be effective from the date of notification. Following any modification, Participants can fully exercise their rights acquired up to the date of modification. Before participating in the Promotion, please carefully read these terms and conditions, paying particular attention to any modifications, to ensure you are always aware of the Promotion's terms. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. The limitations of liability and exclusions of liability related to the Promotion apply to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

7.3. The Organizer excludes its liability for any external, so-called SQL attacks on the Samsung Webshop or the server operating it. Therefore, if Participants receive erroneous system messages related to the promotion due to an attack on the Samsung Webshop or server, the Organizer assumes no liability for such cases.

7.4. The Organizer excludes its liability for cases where the Samsung Webshop and the usability of the Discounts are impaired due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control, during which time the website is not or is only partially accessible. However, the Organizer will take all necessary measures to promptly identify and resolve the cause of the error.

7.5. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a Participant from the promotion with immediate effect if any (computerized) manipulation, mass generation of email addresses, or any conduct inconsistent with or detrimental to the spirit of the Promotion is detected or reasonably suspected.

7.6. If the Participant closes the browser window before completing the purchase, or if the connection to the hosting web server is interrupted (for any reason), the Organizer assumes no liability for the loss of data.

7.7. The Organizer shall not be liable for the erroneous announcement of the Promotion if it occurs due to reasons not attributable to the Organizer and without its approval.

7.8. Furthermore, the Organizer shall not be liable for any non-pecuniary, indirect, or consequential damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Participant or third parties in connection with or based on these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, lost earnings, damage to commercial reputation, or claims from third parties.

7.9. Hungarian laws govern these Terms and Conditions, and any legal disputes arising in connection with participation in the Promotion shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

7.10. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Hungarian law, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions (as long as it is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable). The Participant and the Organizer shall make every reasonable effort to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision (severed) with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that achieves the closest possible effect to the intended purpose of the severed provision.
