Samsung Unique Discount Code Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer of the Promotion

The organizer of the “Samsung Unique Discount Code Promotion on the Samsung Webshop and Samsung Shop App” (hereinafter: “Promotion”) is Samsung Electronics Magyar Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (branch and correspondence address: 1138 Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2. 7th floor; company registration number: 16-10-001767; tax number: 10276451-2-16; contact: https://www.samsung.com/hu/support/email/) (hereinafter: “Organizer”).

The Organizer informs Participants that for purchases made directly on the Organizer's own webshop, i.e., the website https://www.samsung.com/hu, and through the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App, the general terms and conditions found at https://www.samsung.com/hu/estore-gtc apply.

2. Conditions for Participation

Participation in the Promotion is exclusively open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and have a Hungarian place of residence or stay, and are legally capable (hereinafter: “Participant”), during the period specified in Section 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions, provided they:

• 2.1.1. Exercise at least one of the discounts specified in Annex 1 of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “Discounts”, individually: “Discount”); (hereinafter referred to as the “Products Participating in the Promotion” or individually: “Product Participating in the Promotion”);
• 2.1.2. Purchase through the Organizer's own webshop, i.e., the website https://www.samsung.com/hu (hereinafter: “Samsung Webshop”) or the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App (hereinafter: “Shop App Application”).

2.2. If the Participant is a person over 18 years of age with limited legal capacity, they are only entitled to use the Discounts together with their legal representative, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

2.3. If the Participant is a person over 18 years of age who is legally incapacitated, only their legal representative can act on their behalf, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

3. Subject of the Promotion

3.1. Within the framework of this Promotion, Participants can avail the following discounts:

• 3.1.1. Within the framework of this Promotion, the Participant is entitled to exercise 1 (one) Discount, through which they can receive a price discount (hereinafter: “Price Discount”) according to the conditions and period specified in Annex 1.

3.2. The percentage-based Price Discount will always be deducted from the end-user price of the Product Participating in the Promotion.

3.3. The Promotion is valid only for purchases made on the Samsung Webshop and the Samsung Shop App. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or price discounts, but it cannot be combined with additional discount codes. The Organizer expressly states that the Discounts provided by this Promotion are only valid for purchases made directly on the website operated by the Organizer, https://www.samsung.com/hu, and through the Shop App Application. Therefore, https://www.ses.hu operated by Strong&Unique Kft., as well as https://www.sestore.hu webshops operated by BRAVOPHONE Kft., do not participate in this Promotion.

3.4. Within the framework of this Promotion, 1 (one) Participant is entitled to use 1 (one) Discount during the Promotion Period.

3.5. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

3.6. The Organizer expressly informs Participants that if a Participant purchases a Product Participating in the Promotion or Products within the framework of a promotional offer, and based on the quantity or total value of the purchased Product Participating in the Promotion or Products, they purchased a Product Participating in the Promotion at a discounted price, and the Participant withdraws from the contract regarding a part of the Products Participating in the Promotion, the Organizer will refund the corresponding part of the purchase price paid by the Participant as if the Participant had purchased the Products Participating in the Promotion at the original, non-discounted price, provided that as a result of the withdrawal, the Participant's purchase no longer meets the promotion's conditions under which the Organizer agreed to provide the discount.

4. Promotion Period

4.1. The Promotion runs from July 09, 2025, 16:00 to August 31, 2025, 23:59, or until the stock of Products Participating in the Promotion is exhausted, or until withdrawn (hereinafter the delivery period of the Discount Code and the redemption period of the Discount Code together: “Promotion Period”), which consists of the following two periods:

• Discount Code Announcement Period and Method: If the Participant exercises the Discount Code announced by the Organizer's brand ambassadors on their social media pages between 2025.07.09. – 2025.08.31. during the Discount Code Announcement Period specified in Section 4.1, they will be entitled to a 15% Price Discount on the end-user price of the Products Participating in the Promotion specified in the table below, until the stock of Products Participating in the Promotion is exhausted or withdrawn. (hereinafter: “Discount Code Announcement Period”).
• Discount Code Redemption Period: The Participant can redeem the Discount Code from July 09, 2025, 16:00 to August 31, 2025, 23:59 on the Samsung Webshop and the Organizer's Samsung Shop App Application for the purchase of Products Participating in the Promotion specified in Annex 1 (hereinafter: “Discount Code Redemption Period”).

4.2. The Organizer can provide the Promotion only during the Promotion Period, or until the stock of Products Participating in the Promotion is available on the Samsung Webshop and the Organizer's Samsung Shop App Application, or until withdrawn.

5. Taxation, Costs

5.1. Any tax liability related to the Discounts shall be borne by the Organizer. The Organizer shall have no further obligations beyond providing the Discounts and settling their tax implications.

6. Personal Data

6.1. The Participant can find information about the Organizer's general data processing activities and data processing activities related to purchases on the Samsung Webshop and the Shop App Application at the following link: https://www.samsung.com/hu/local-data-protection-notice/.

6.2. The Organizer informs Participants that in connection with this Promotion, the Organizer does not process any personal data beyond those specified in the Data Processing Notices for the Samsung Webshop and the Shop App Application.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

7.1. The Organizer assumes no liability for the failure or delay in providing the Discounts, or for damages incurred during their transfer, if such failure, delay, or damage is outside the Organizer's sphere of interest.

7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion without justification, including the termination of the Promotion. The Organizer will publish information regarding such changes in the same manner as other announcements related to the Promotion, and any modifications will be effective from the date of notification. Following the modification, Participants can fully exercise their rights acquired up to the date of notification. Before participating in the Promotion, please carefully read these participation terms and conditions, paying particular attention to any modifications, to be aware of the Promotion's terms at all times. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. Limitations of liability and exclusions of liability related to the Promotion apply to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

7.3. The Organizer disclaims liability for any external SQL attacks targeting the Samsung Webshop, the Shop App Application, or the servers operating them. Therefore, if Participants receive erroneous system messages related to the promotion due to attacks on the Samsung Webshop, the Shop App Application, or the server, the Organizer assumes no liability for such cases.

7.4. The Organizer disclaims liability for malfunctions of the Samsung Webshop, the Shop App Application, and the usability of the Discounts due to reasons beyond its control, during which the website is not or is only partially available. However, the Organizer will take all necessary measures without delay to identify and eliminate the cause of the malfunction.

7.5. The Organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude a Participant from the promotion if any (computerized) manipulation, mass generation of email addresses, or behavior that is incompatible with or violates the spirit of the Promotion is observed or reasonably suspected from the Participant.

7.6. If the Participant closes the browser window before finalizing the purchase, or if the connection (for any reason) is interrupted with the hosting server, the Organizer assumes no liability for the loss of data.

7.7. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the erroneous announcement of the Promotion if it occurs due to reasons not attributable to the Organizer and without its approval.

7.8. In addition to the foregoing, the Organizer shall not be liable for any non-pecuniary, indirect, or consequential damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Participant or third parties in connection with or based on these Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, lost earnings, damage to or loss of commercial goodwill, or claims from third parties.

7.9. Hungarian laws apply to these Terms and Conditions, and any legal disputes arising in connection with participation in the Promotion shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

7.10. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Hungarian law, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be separated from these Terms and Conditions (as long as it is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable). The Participant and the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision (separated) with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision whose legal effect is as close as possible to the intended legal effect of the separated provision.
