Product Description

The QCY AilyPods are True Wireless Earbuds designed for a seamless audio experience. They feature an integrated LED indicator, a touch panel for control, a ventilation hole, charging contacts, and a microphone on each earbud. The charging case houses the earbuds and connects via a USB Type-C cable.

Connecting Your Device

First-time Connection:

1. Remove both earbuds and the protective cover. Place them back into the charging case and close the lid to activate them.
2. Open the charging case, remove the earbuds again, and they will activate.
3. On your phone, search for "QCY AilyPods" and tap to connect.

Automatic Connection: The earbuds will automatically turn on when removed from the case. If they do not turn on, charge them and try again. Once powered on, they will automatically connect to the last connected device, if applicable. Ensure charging contacts are not factory-sealed before the first charge.

LED Indicators

On the Charging Case:

• Low Battery: When earbuds are placed in the case, the indicator flashes white for 4 seconds.
• Charging: The indicator flashes white.
• Fully Charged: The indicator flashes white constantly.

On the Earbuds:

• Charging: Indicators are solid red.
• Fully Charged: Indicators light up white for 30 seconds.

Pairing and Resetting

Pairing Status:

• When pairing the earbuds, the indicators flash white.
• When pairing is complete, the indicator on the main earbud flashes white slowly, while the second indicator flashes white continuously.
• When connected to the device, both indicators turn off.

Factory Reset:

Remove the earbuds, turn off Bluetooth on your phone, and press the touch panels on both earbuds 5 times to restore factory settings. The LED indicator will flash white 5 times.

Wearing the Earbuds

1. Wear the earbuds correctly and adjust them to fit your ear.
2. Point the microphone towards your mouth.
3. Incorrect wearing may cause interference during calls or listening.

Functions

• Power On: Remove the earbuds from the case.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds in the charging case.
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touch panel.
• Ignore Call: Press and hold the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Previous Track: Press and hold the left touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Next Track: Press and hold the right touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Volume Up: Tap the right touch panel while listening to music (requires activation via QCY app; not available during calls).
• Volume Down: Tap the left touch panel while listening to music (requires activation via QCY app; not available during calls).
• Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the left touch panel.
• Play/Pause Music: Double-tap the right touch panel to pause; double-tap the left touch panel to resume.
• Playback Mode: Triple-tap the right touch panel.

Tips

1. Read the instruction manual carefully before using the earbuds and keep it for future reference.

5. If your phone does not recognize the earbuds, ensure they are in pairing mode. If connection is lost for an extended period, re-pair them. Restart your phone for procedural errors. Reset the earbuds if they malfunction.

Precautions

LI-ION Battery

The device uses a LI ION (lithium-ion) battery, which ages over time due to its physical and chemical structure. Manufacturer specifications are based on laboratory conditions with optimal performance and a new, fully charged battery. Actual battery life may vary and is a product characteristic, not a defect. To maximize battery life, avoid discharging below 3.18V or 15% capacity. Discharging below 2.5V per cell will cause permanent damage, not covered by warranty. If the device is unused for over a month, charge the battery to 50% and check its level every two months. Store in a dry place, away from sun and sub-zero temperatures.
