Product Description

Connecting to Your Device

First Connection:

  1. Take out both earbuds and remove the protective cover. Place them back into the case and close the lid to activate them.
  2. Open the case, take out the earbuds again, and activate them. On your phone, search for 'QCY AilyPods' and tap to connect.

Earbuds automatically turn on when removed. If they don't turn on, charge them and try again. Turn on the earbuds, and they will automatically connect to the last connected device if available. Before the first charge, check if the earbud charging contacts are sealed from the factory.

LED Indicators

During Pairing:

  • The indicators flash white.

After Pairing:

  • The indicator on the main earbud slowly flashes white, while the other indicator continuously flashes white.

Connected to Device:

  • Both indicators turn off.

Factory Settings

Remove the earbuds, turn off Bluetooth on your phone, and tap the panels on both earbuds 5 times to restore factory settings (the LED indicator will flash white 5 times).

Correct Way to Wear Earbuds

  1. Insert the earbuds correctly and then adjust them to fit the shape of your ear.
  2. Point the microphone towards your mouth.
  3. Incorrect wearing of the earbuds may cause interference during conversations or listening.

Correct Way to Charge

LED Indicator on Charging Case:

  • Low Battery: When earbuds are in the case, the indicator flashes white for 4 seconds.
  • Charging: The indicator flashes white.
  • Fully Charged: The indicator will continuously flash white.

LED Indicator on Earbuds:

  • Charging: Indicators are solid red.
  • Fully Charged: Indicators light up white for 30 seconds.

Functions

  • Power On: Remove earbuds.
  • Power Off: Place earbuds into charging case.
  • Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touchpad.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
  • Previous Track: Press and hold the left touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
  • Next Track: Press and hold the right touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
  • Volume Up: While listening to music, tap the right touchpad (feature is disabled by default and needs activation via the QCY app; not available during calls).
  • Volume Down: While listening to music, tap the left touchpad (disabled by default and must be enabled via the QCY app; not available during calls).
  • Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the left panel.
  • Play/Pause: Double-tap the right panel to pause music, and double-tap the left panel to resume playback.
  • Playback Mode: Triple-tap the right touch panel.

Advice

  1. Before using the earbuds, carefully read the user manual and keep it for future reference.
  2. The earbuds must be fully charged before first use.
  3. If the earbuds are not used for more than two weeks, they must be recharged.
  4. Use chargers from a qualified manufacturer.
  5. If your phone does not recognize the earbuds, check if they are in pairing mode. If the earbuds are not connected for a long time, the pairing mode will end. In this case, pair the earbuds with the device again. If a procedural error occurs, restart your phone. If an error occurs with the earbuds, reset them.

Precautions

  1. Never disassemble or modify the earbuds for any reason to avoid damage and hazards.
  2. Do not store the earbuds at extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
  3. Do not use LED indicators near the eyes of children or animals.
  4. Do not use the earbuds during thunderstorms to prevent malfunctions and reduce the risk of electric shock.
  5. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong cleaning agents to clean the earbuds.

Note: Do not use the earbuds for prolonged periods, as they may damage your hearing.

Safety Precautions

The manufacturer states the maximum operating time under laboratory conditions, where the operating conditions for the device and the battery itself are optimal, and the battery is new and fully charged. The actual operating time may differ from the time declared in the offer, and this is not a device defect but a product characteristic.

The product must be regularly maintained (cleaned) by the user or specialized service centers at the user's expense.
