Product Overview

The SUNMI P2 is a versatile payment terminal designed for various business needs. It features multiple input methods and connectivity options.

Key Features:

NFC Reader: Used for sensing Quick Pass Cards.
Magnetic Card Reader: Reads information from the magnetic stripe of bank cards.
Front-facing Camera (optional): Supports photographing and 1D/2D code quick scanning.
Type-C USB: For charging the device and developer debugging.
Function Key: Customizable for quick access to specific functions.
Power Button: Short press to wake/lock screen; long press to power on/off/reboot.
Printer: For printing sales slips.
Indicator Lamp: Provides visual cues for card swiping steps.
IC Card Socket: For inserting bank chip cards.
Two-dimensional Code Scanner (optional): Reads product codes and mobile payment codes.
Rear Camera: Supports photographing and 1D/2D code quick scanning.
Extend Pins: For connecting to a dock (sold separately).
SIM Card Slot (PSAM optional): For inserting SIM cards (supports 2G/4G networks).
PSAM Card Slot: For inserting PSAM cards.
Micro SD Card Slot: For expanding storage.
Nano SIM Card Slot: For inserting Nano SIM cards.

Printing Instructions

This device supports 58mm thermal paper (57±0.5mm x Ø40mm).

Open the paper container using the designated handle. Do not force it to prevent damage to the print head gear.
Insert the paper roll in the correct direction as indicated. Pull a small portion of the paper out beyond the cutter.
Close the paper container cover to complete the paper loading.

Note: If printouts are blank, ensure the paper roll is inserted correctly.

Safety Warnings

General Safety:

Connect the AC plug to the corresponding AC socket.
This is a Class A product and may cause radio interference in living environments. Measures may be needed to mitigate interference.
Do not open the device in non-safe areas.
Do not charge the battery in hazardous locations.
The battery is not user-replaceable.

Important Safety Instructions:

Avoid installation or use during thunderstorms to prevent electric shock.
Disconnect power immediately if you notice abnormal odor, heat, or smoke.
The paper cutter is sharp; avoid touching it.
Do not use the device near water or moisture.
Avoid extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and open flames.
Do not drop, throw, or bend the device.
Use in a clean, dust-free environment to prevent small objects from entering the device.
Do not use near medical equipment without permission.

Battery Safety:

CAUTION: Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced with an incorrect type. Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by the manufacturer. Dispose of used batteries according to manufacturer instructions.
Battery charging temperature upper limit is 40°C.

Adapter Safety:

Charge the device in an environment with normal room temperature and good ventilation (recommended 0°C~40°C).

Wi-Fi Safety:

Turn off Wi-Fi in areas where it is prohibited or may cause interference (e.g., during flights).
