06 Basic Operations

6.1 Instructions for Humidity Control Setting (HS,HD,DD)

The PV Screen displays the current humidity. The device automatically recognizes and switches between humidification and dehumidification modes.

Example: HS=50.0%RH, HD=5.0%RH, DD=8.0%RH. If PV ≥ 58.0%RH (HS+DD), dehumidification starts (green LED ON, WORK2 ON). If PV ≤ 55.0%RH (HS), green LED OFF, WORK2 OFF. If PV ≤ 45.0%RH (HS-HD), humidification starts (red LED ON, WORK1 ON). If PV ≥ 50.0%RH (HS), red LED OFF, WORK1 OFF.

Note: When powering on or exiting the setting state, the differential values do not need to be judged. For example, if HS=50.0%RH, HD=5.0%RH, DD=8.0%RH: If PV > 50.0%RH (HS), dehumidification state is entered. When PV ≤ 50.0%RH (HS), dehumidification stops, returning to normal humidity control mode. If PV < 50.0%RH, humidification state is entered.

6.2 High/Low Humidity Alarm (AH,AL)

The equipment alarms if measured humidity (PV) ≥ high humidity alarm set value (AH). The PV screen displays the AH value and current humidity alternately, with a "bi-bi-Biii" buzzer sound until PV < AH. Pressing any button stops the alarm.

The equipment alarms if measured humidity (PV) ≤ low humidity alarm set value (AL). The PV screen displays the AL value and current humidity alternately, with a "bi-bi-Biii" buzzer sound until PV > AL. Pressing any button stops the alarm.

Note: The setting value of AL should be less than the setting value of AH.

6.3 Dehumidification Delay Time (PT)

The equipment will not start dehumidification immediately for the first time if the measured value is larger than the sum of the set humidity value and the dehumidification return difference. It will start dehumidifying after the set delay time.

The equipment dehumidifies immediately if the interval time between two adjacent dehumidifications is longer than the delay time.

The equipment dehumidifies after the delay time if the interval time between two adjacent dehumidifications is shorter than the delay time.

The delay time starts timing when the last dehumidification is completed.

Note: When powering on or exiting the setting state, the delay time does not need to be judged.

6.4 Humidity Calibration (CA)

If the measured humidity differs from the standard humidity, calibrate the device by adding or reducing a correction value to align the measured humidity with the standard humidity. Calibrated humidity = measured humidity value + calibration value.

07 Sensor Fault Alarm

If the humidity sensor has a short circuit or open circuit, the controller enters probe fault mode and stops running. The buzzer will alarm, and the screen will display "ER". Pressing any key stops the buzzer. The controller returns to normal working state when all malfunctions are resolved.
