Assembly Instructions
Step One: Cradles
Measure support cradles (A) diagonally from corner to corner. Measurements "a" and "b" should be equal to ensure the cradles are square. Be sure cradles remain level.
[Diagram Description: Shows two cradles (A) placed on the ground, with diagonal lines indicating measurements 'a' and 'b' between corners. Text emphasizes 'a=b' and levelness.]
Step Two: Center Stave
Place the support cradles (A) on a level site. The middle support cradle will have no dowel. Carefully level for better stability. Place the center stave (B) on wooden dowels embedded in outer support cradles (A). Fix the center stave (B) with screw 4.2x70 (N).
[Diagram Description: Shows cradles (A) positioned on the ground. The center stave (B) is placed on top, aligned with the cradles, and secured with screws (N). Indicates front and back.]
Step Three: Body Staves
Place 6 sauna body staves (C) to each side of the center stave (B) and fix with screws 4.2 x 70 (N). Be sure to align the panel groove on every next body stave.
[Diagram Description: Shows the partially assembled sauna structure with the center stave (B). Body staves (C) are being attached to both sides of the center stave, with screws (N) indicated. Shows 'C x6 pcs' for each side.]
Step Four: Side and Rear Panels
Place door panel (F2) in front slot. Be sure panel is centered, leveled, completely seated. Attach side panels (F, F1) using 4 5.0 x 120 (M) screws and 2 4.2 x 70 (N1) stainless steel screws. Place rear panel (V) with bench supports facing interior. Confirm width of rear panel (V) matches combined width of left panel section (F), front panel (F2) and right panel section (F1). These panels must be completely seated into the floor panel.
[Diagram Description: Illustrates the sauna structure with front panel (F2) installed. Side panels (F, F1) are shown being attached. The rear panel (V) is also shown. Screw locations (M, N1) are indicated. A 'Vent' label is present.]
Step Five: Continue Body Staves and Rear Panel with Window
Place body staves (C) until the halfway point. Place rear panel with window (V1) on rear panel (V), fix by 2 screws 5.0 x 120 (M).
[Diagram Description: Shows more body staves (C) being added to the structure. The rear panel with window (V1) is shown being attached to the rear panel (V) using screws (M).]
Step Six: Completing Body Staves and Roof Joint
Continue placing body staves (C) tightly on both sides of the sauna using rubber mallet, while fixing body staves on the front panel with 4.2 x 70 screws and rear window panel with 4.0 x 50 screws to prevent glass breakage. To finish the roof top joint, use top stave (H).
WARNING! Use shorter screw 4.0 x 50 (P) for rear panel V1 otherwise the window will be damaged!
[Diagram Description: Shows the sauna barrel nearing completion with body staves (C) being added. The top stave (H) is shown being fitted. Screw (P) is highlighted for the rear panel connection.]
Step Seven: Steel Bands and Roof Tape
Install steel bands (I) by wrapping bands around barrel prior to connecting with bolts and nuts (U). Place steel bands evenly around barrel, covering screw heads. Measure from steel band to barrel edge to ensure the steel band is even. Cover roof with roof tape (R). Rub and smooth with pressure to ensure adhesion. Install interior aspen roof trim (O) with 4.0 x 50 (P1) stainless steel screws.
[Diagram Description: Shows steel bands (I) being wrapped around the barrel and secured with bolts and nuts (U). Illustrates roof tape (R) application and aspen roof trim (O) installation with screws (P1). A measurement '3-15/16'' is noted.]
Step Eight: Interior Benches
Attach interior supporting leg (J1) to the bench (J). Install two sauna benches on wall mounts using stainless steel screws 4.2 x 70 (N1). Hold the seat and leg assembly tight to the sauna wall. Using a level, make sure the bench seat is level from front to back. This will ensure proper placement. Install backrests (J2) at your chosen height using stainless steel screw 4.0 x 50 (P1).
[Diagram Description: Shows the assembly of interior benches (J) with supporting legs (J1). The benches are then shown being mounted to the sauna wall with screws (N1). Backrests (J2) are shown being attached to the benches.]
Step Nine: Flooring Duckboards
Flooring duckboards (L) can be used for wiring runs, confirm specific wiring runs needed for chosen stove.
[Diagram Description: Shows the interior of the sauna with flooring duckboards (L) being laid out on the floor.]
Step Ten: Roof Cover and Finishing Boards
Place waterproof roof cover (Z) and fix it with wooden slat (Z1) and screws 4.0 x 50 (P). Install front and rear decorative roof finishing boards (W), fixing by screws 4.0 x 50 (P).
[Diagram Description: Illustrates the placement of the waterproof roof cover (Z) secured by wooden slats (Z1) and screws (P). Decorative roof finishing boards (W) are shown being attached to the front and rear of the sauna.]
