Assembly Steps
STEP 1: Prepare Support Cradles
Measure support cradles (A) diagonally to ensure they are square (measurements "a" and "b" should be equal). Keep cradles level. Place center stave (B) on wooden dowels in outer cradles (A). Secure stave (B) with 5.0x100 SS screws (S1). Pre-drill holes before screwing.
? Use a level.
STEP 2: Attach Body Staves
Pre-drill holes. Attach 6 (R190) or 7 (R225) sauna body staves (C) to each side of the center stave (B), securing with 5.0x100 SS screws (S1). Ensure panel grooves align by using a rubber hammer.
? Use a level.
STEP 3: Drill Wall Grooves
Drill six 10mm holes in the front and back wall grooves for board connections.
STEP 4: Install Front Bottom Panel
Place front bottom panel (F) into the stave groove, ensuring it is centered, leveled, and fully seated. Secure panel (F) with 5.0 x 120 screws (S4) through the last floor stave on both sides.
? Use a level.
STEP 5: Install Rear Panel
Place rear panel (V) in the stave groove, ensuring it is centered, leveled, and fully seated. Secure panel (V) with 5.0 x 120 screws (S4) through the last floor stave on both sides.
? Use a level.
STEP 6: Continue Adding Body Staves
Continue placing body staves (C) tightly on both sides of the sauna using a rubber mallet. Secure staves with 4.0x60 screws (S10). Position one stave higher on the left side than on the right.
STEP 7: Install Front Top Panel
Place front top panel (F1) onto the front bottom panel (F), ensuring it is centered, leveled, and fully seated. Secure panel (F1) with 5.0 x 120 screws (S4) on both sides.
STEP 8: Install Upper Rear Panel and Connect Front/Rear
Place the upper rear panel (V3 or V1-panoramic window) onto the bottom rear panel (V). Secure with two 5.0 x 120 screws (S4). Connect panels (F2; V3) together using body staves (C) on both sides, securing with 4.0x60 screws (S10).
⚠️ Warning for panoramic window installation: 'Please be careful not to tighten the screws too much and avoid screwing them in any deeper to prevent window damage!'
STEP 9: Continue Adding Body Staves
Continue placing body staves (C) tightly on both sides of the sauna using a rubber mallet. Secure body staves with 4.0x60 screws (S10).
STEP 10: Finish Roof Top Joint
To complete the roof top joint, leave the last 2-3 boards (C) on each side unscrewed for now. Use roof finishing item (H) and different thickness filling pieces (H1) to fill any gaps. Once all parts are in place, fix the last boards with screws.
STEP 11: Install Steel Bands
Install steel bands (I) by wrapping them around the barrel. Connect the ends with bolts and nuts (S9). Position bands evenly, no more than 3.93 inches from the front and back edges, ensuring they cover screw heads. The middle band can be placed on either side of the center cradle. Bands must be tense and not loosened.
⚠️ Warning: 'The band tensioner must be placed at the sauna's left or right lower corner, near to the sauna leg. Band must be really tight.'
STEP 12: Create Door Opening and Install Ventilation Grill
Draw a straight line to connect the cuts. Use a hand saw or cutting machine to remove excess boards for the door box, preferably from the inside. Fix the ventilation grill (Y) from the inside onto the ventilation cuts.
STEP 13: Fix Panels Together
Pre-drill holes for screws. Fix both panels together using 5.0x120 screws (S4).
STEP 14: Install Doors
Install the doors (F2). Place the doors on the threshold and position them in the middle of the frame. Secure doors with clamps or have another person hold the door during installation.
STEP 15: Install Door Box Spacers
Insert plastic spacers into the gap between the door box and the front panel where screws will be inserted. Combine spacers to achieve the correct width. First, fix one side of the door box with 5x80 screws (S14) through the spacers. Then, insert spacers on the other side and combine them for the required width. Spacers must fit snugly to prevent slipping. Use 5x80 screws (S14) to fix the doors. Ensure the door box is straight, not bent inwards or outwards. Apply foam around the door box; do not clean excess foam until it is dry, as it will peel off easily when wet.
STEP 16: Attach Door Moldings
Attach door moldings to both sides and the top of the door using 4x50 SS screws (S5). The metal handle is placed on the outside, and the wood handle on the inside.
STEP 17: Install Wall Mounts and Bench Support
To install wall mounts (J3), use the interior supporting leg (J1). Place it on the sauna wall, mark a level line for the mounts. Use 5.0x70 SS screws (S6) to fix wall mounts (J3) on the marked lines. Install the interior supporting leg (J1) in the center of the bench (J). Position the bench on the side wall mounts. Place J1 in the center and check for level. Use 5.0 x 70 SS screws (S6) to secure the bench leg to the wall and floor.
? Use a level.
STEP 18: Install Backrests and Bench
Pre-drill holes before attaching backrests. Install backrests (J2) using 4.0 x 70 SS screws (S2). Secure the sauna bench (J) to the wall mounts and support leg using 5 x70 SS screws (S6). If a bench panel was ordered, fix it with 4.0x50SS screws (S5).
STEP 19: Place Floor Duckboards and Fixing Blocks
Place floor duckboards (L) on both sides, facing upwards. Position fixing blocks (L1) next to the flooring crossboards. Pre-drill holes and install fixing blocks (L1) using 4.0 x 70 SS screws (S2) for R190 models or 4x50SS screws (S5) for R225 models.
STEP 20: Secure Floor Duckboards
Pre-drill holes. Install fixing blocks (L1) under the floor duckboards (L) using 4.0 x 70 SS screws (S2) for R190 models or 4x50SS screws (S5) for R225 models. Place floor duckboards (L) on the floor and fix the blocks next to both flooring crossboards.
STEP 21: Install Interior Roof Trim
Pre-drill holes before fixing staves. Install interior roof trim (O) in the sauna using 4.0 x 50 SS screws (S5).
STEP 24: Shingles Installation
For shingles installation, please refer to the additional manual.
