Step Zero: Site Preparation

Before beginning assembly, ensure your sauna will fit in the chosen location. The ideal dimensions are approximately 7' x 7' x 7' (L x W x H). The overall dimensions are:

• Length (L): 5' 9''
• Width (W): 6' 3''
• Height (H): 6' 5.5''

Ensure the site is level and free of standing water. Concrete, pavers, or crushed stone are preferred foundation materials.

Assembly Instructions

Step One: Cradles and Center Stave

Measure support cradles (A) diagonally to ensure they are square (measurements 'a' and 'b' should be equal). Ensure cradles remain level.

Place cradles (A) on the prepared site. Place the center stave (B) on the wooden dowels embedded in the outer cradles (A). Secure the center stave (B) with screw 4.2x70 (N).

Step Two: Body Staves

Place six sauna body staves (C) on each side of the center stave (B). Secure each stave with screws 4.2 x 70 (N). Ensure the panel groove on each stave aligns correctly.

Step Three: Front and Rear Panels

Insert the front panel with doors (F2) and the rear panel (E2) into the trimmed grooves. Ensure each panel is centered, leveled, and fully seated into the floor panel. Temporarily place one or two body staves (C) on top to hold these panels in place.

Step Four: Side Panels

Attach the two front side panels (F, F1) to the front panel (F2) and the two back side panels (E, E1) to the rear panel (E2). Use four screws 5.0 x 120 (M) and four stainless steel screws 4.20 x 70 (N1) for each side. Ensure the bench supports face the interior of the sauna. Verify that the combined width of the rear wall (E, E2, E1) matches the combined width of the front wall (F, F2, F1).

Step Five: Continue Body Staves

Continue placing body staves (C) tightly on both sides of the sauna, using a rubber mallet if necessary. Secure the body staves to the front panel using 4.2 x 70 screws (N).

Step Six: Top Stave and Steel Bands

To finish the roof top joint, install the top stave (H). Install the steel bands (I) by wrapping them around the barrel. Connect the bands using bolts and nuts (U). Ensure the steel bands are evenly spaced around the barrel, covering the screw heads. Measure the distance from the steel band to the barrel edge to ensure even placement.

Step Seven: Roof Cover and Interior Trim

Cover the roof with roof tape (Z). Rub and smooth the tape with pressure to ensure adhesion. Install the interior aspen roof trim (O) using 4.0 x 50 (P1) stainless steel screws.

Step Eight: Benches and Backrests

Attach the bench supporting legs (J1) to the benches (J). Install the two sauna benches onto the wall mounts using stainless steel screws 4.2 x 70 (N1). Hold the seat and leg assembly firmly against the sauna wall. Use a level to ensure the bench seat is level from front to back for proper placement.

Install the backrests (J2) at your desired height using stainless steel screws 4.0 x 50 (P1).

Step Nine: Flooring Duckboards

Place the flooring duckboards (L). These can be used for wiring runs; confirm specific wiring requirements for your chosen stove.

Step Ten: Roof Cover and Finishing Boards

Place the waterproof roof cover (Z) and secure it with the wooden slat (Z1) and screws 4.0 x 50 (P). Install the front and rear decorative roof finishing boards (W), securing them with screws 4.0 x 50 (P).
