Inline Pressure Solutions
Little Giant offers a range of inline pressure solutions designed to increase and maintain water pressure in various applications. These systems are compact, easy to install, and feature built-in protections against common failure modes.
Inline CP
The Inline CP is a packaged system that increases pressure by up to 60 psi and handles up to 35 gpm. It features a small, compact design, NEMA 4 electronics enclosure, and can be mounted in any configuration. It is powered by a 1.5 hp motor and includes surge protection, voltage underload protection, locked pump protection, open circuit protection, short circuit protection, and overheated controller protection. It is capable of operating with more than one pump in parallel for larger volume demand applications.
Inline 400
The Inline 400 is designed for city water pressure boosting, pressurizing water from cistern tanks, re-pressurizing after filtration, and irrigation system boosting. It utilizes a proven Franklin Electric pump and motor for reliability. It features simple flow-based controls, a protective cap for outdoor use, whisper-quiet operation, and can be installed vertically or horizontally. It has a 1/3 hp motor and a maximum water temperature rating of 120°F/49°C.
Inline Controls
Franklin Electric's Inline Controls include five pump starting and control devices that pair with submersible or surface pumps up to 20 amps (approximately 3 hp). These controls provide or boost system water pressure, often without the need for an additional bladder tank. They offer various system protections, including dry run, dead head pumping, over amperage, locked system, and over-pressurization. Features include a daily motor rotation start to prevent system locking and an automatic restart feature.
- SWC (Smart Flow Control): Flow activated smart pump start control, designed for use in conjunction with a pump where starting and stopping the system based on water usage is desired. Activates with a flow of 0.25 gpm or greater. Includes built-in check valve and protects against dry run, overcurrent, and dead-head conditions.
- ADJ (Adjustable Low-Pressure Backup): Similar to SWC but allows for adjustable low-pressure cut-in points (22, 29, or 36 psi).
- CTL (Control with Pressure Regulation): Features a built-in pressure reducing valve to allow customization of maximum output pressure.

Little Giant offers LSP Series pumps for residential and commercial lawn and turf sprinkler systems, irrigation, gardens, and general water transfer. These pumps are self-priming and feature cast iron casings for durability.
LSP Series
The LSP Series pumps are designed for lawn and turf sprinkler systems. They feature a cast iron casing, single-phase capacitor start, 115/230 dual voltage motors (on 1 hp and 1-1/2 hp models), and higher than standard NEMA service factors. The pumps have a 2" NPT suction and a 1-1/2" NPT discharge. They are fully serviceable with a two-year warranty.
End Suction Pumps
Little Giant's LGDR Series end suction pumps are suitable for water circulation, booster service, spraying systems, jockey pump service, and general purpose pumping. They feature a back pull-out design for easy access to internal parts.
LGDR Series
These pumps are designed for various applications including water circulation and booster service. They feature a robust cast iron volute, enclosed impeller design for increased efficiencies, and are suitable for horizontal or vertical installation. The pumps come with ODP standard NEMA motors and are factory wet tested.
Pressure Tanks
Little Giant RL Series pressure tanks are designed for maintaining water pressure in residential water pump systems when the pump is not running. They feature heavy-duty 20-gauge steel construction and a 304 Stainless Steel water connection with leak-safe technology.
RL Series
The RL Series tanks are available in inline, horizontal, and vertical configurations. They feature a high-performance variable geometry Butyl Rubber diaphragm membrane and an internal polypropylene liner. All tanks are NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 approved for safe, clean drinking water. They can be installed in series or in parallel for increased system capacity.
