Bluetooth Pairing and Wearing

Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Pick up two earbuds from the charging case; they will power on and pair to each other automatically within 10 seconds.
  2. One of the earbuds' red and blue lights will blink alternately.
  3. Select "TOZO T10" from the device list in your Bluetooth settings.

Wearing

  1. Ensure the eartip is facing downwards, then place the earbuds into your ears.
  2. Rotate the earbuds back towards the auricle side to fit snugly.

*Eartip facing upwards is the incorrect way to wear the earbuds.

Correct Wearing

  1. Ensure the eartip is facing downwards.
  2. Rotate the earbuds back to the auricle side to fit snugly.

Wrong Wearing

X1: Press once | X2: Press twice | X3: Press three times | Hold: Press and hold for 2 seconds

Action: X2 (Press twice)

Next Song (R Earbud)

Action: X2 (Press twice)

Volume Down (L Earbud)

Action: Hold (Press and hold for 2 seconds)

Volume Up (R Earbud)

Action: Hold (Press and hold for 2 seconds)

Play/Pause (L/R Earbud)

Action: X1 (Press once)

Answer Call (L/R Earbud)

Action: X1 (Press once)

Hang Up Call (L/R Earbud)

Action: Hold (Press and hold for 2 seconds)

Reject Call (L/R Earbud)

Action: Hold (Press and hold for 2 seconds)

Activate Voice Assistant (L/R Earbud)

Action: X3 (Press three times)

Power On/Off

Power On

Take the earbuds out of the charging case, or press and hold for 3 seconds.

Power Off

Place the earbuds back into the charging case, or press and hold for 5 seconds.

Reset

If only one earbud works, or if they fail to pair with each other, follow these reset steps:

  1. Delete all "TOZO T10" Bluetooth records on your phone, then turn off Bluetooth.
  2. Pick up both earbuds from the charging case, then quickly click both earbuds twice.
  3. The reset is complete when the blue light flashes rapidly, and then one earbud's red and blue lights blink alternately.

NOTE: If the connection is unsuccessful with your devices, please delete all historical records of "TOZO T10" and try the pairing process again.

Charging

Place the case upright on a wireless charger (wireless charging pad not included).

Alternatively, charge the case via the USB-C connector (USB-C cable included).

Battery Level Indicators:

  • •* : 0%~25%
  • **• : 25%~50%
  • ***• : 50%~75%
  • **** : 75%~100%

Warning: Do not put wet earbuds into the charging case. Fully dry off the earbuds before charging.

Warning: Do not place the case face up or face down during charging.
