Charging

Wireless Charging

Place the case upright on the wireless charger. (Wireless charging pad not included)

USB-C Charging

Charge the case via USB-C connector. (USB-C cable included)

Important:

Do not put wet earbuds into the charging case; fully dry off the earbuds before charging.
Do not place the case face up or face down.

Bluetooth Pairing and Wearing

Bluetooth Pairing

Pick up two earbuds from the charging case; they will power on and pair to each other automatically within 10 seconds.
The indicators will flash red and blue light alternatively (in pairing mode).
Select [TOZO-T10] from the device list in your Bluetooth settings.

Wearing

Ensure the eartip is facing downwards, then place the earbuds into your ears.
Rotate the earbuds back to the auricleside to fit snugly.

*Eartip facing upwards is the incorrect way to wear the earbuds.

Power On/Off

Power On

Take out the earbuds from the charging case; OR
Press and hold for 3 seconds.

Power Off

Place the earbuds back into the charging case; OR
Press and hold for 5 seconds.

Reset

If you accidentally get only one earbud working, or if they fail to pair with each other, please reset them:

Delete all [TOZO-T10] Bluetooth records on your phone, then turn off Bluetooth.
Pick up two earbuds from the charging case, then press and hold both earbuds until red lights turn on to turn off earbuds, and then release fingers (this means press and hold for about 5 seconds).
Press and hold both earbuds again, release fingers after blue light fast blink for 3 seconds (this means press and hold for about 10 seconds).

*Reset is complete when one of the earbuds flashes red and blue alternately. Turn on Bluetooth to connect again.
