How to Wear Your TOZO Earbuds

To ensure a snug fit and optimal sound, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Ensure the indicator light faces downwards. Gently place the earbud into your ear.
• Step 2: Rotate the earbud backward towards the auricle (outer ear) side until it fits snugly.

Note: Wearing the earbud with the sound hole facing upwards is incorrect and will affect sound quality.

How to Pair Your TOZO Earbuds

Auto Pairing

1. Pick up both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on and connect to each other within 10 seconds.
2. The left or right earbud will flash red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your phone, search for "TOZO-T10" in the Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.

Reset Instructions

If only one earbud connects to your phone, or if the two earbuds cannot pair together, follow these reset steps:

1. Pick up both earbuds from the charging case. Hold both earbud buttons for 5 seconds until red lights appear, indicating they are powered off.
2. Continue holding both buttons for another 8 seconds until a blue light blinks quickly. This signifies that the reset is complete.
3. If your phone displays "Connection Unsuccessful", delete all "[TOZO-T10]" records from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Then, search again and select "[TOZO-T10]".

Earbud Controls

The TOZO T10 earbuds feature a Multi-Function Button (MFB) touch panel for various controls. The functions are identical for both the left and right earbuds, except for track navigation and volume adjustment.
