Overview

The XTool Air Assist Set provides a steady flow of air to blow away smoke and cutting residue produced during laser processing. This helps to reduce colored burns and improve the cutting and engraving performance of laser machines. A control knob allows for adjustment of the airflow to suit different scenarios, such as reducing airflow during engraving and increasing it during cutting.

Installation

⚠️ Caution: Disconnect the laser cutting or engraving machine and the air assist set from any power supply before installation.

The installation process involves connecting the air assist components to your XTool laser machine. Diagrams illustrate the following steps:

• Connecting the air assist module to the laser head assembly.
• Attaching the nozzle and light shield.
• Routing the silicone connection tube from the air pump to the laser module.

Usage

To use the air assist set:

• Connect the air assist set to your XTool laser machine as per the installation guide.

• Filter Maintenance: The filter should be replaced if it becomes dirty or moistened. Do not use a moistened filter. Diagrams show the filter replacement procedure.
