Usage Method
General Operation:
- Plug in the power supply. A prompt sound indicates the machine is powered on.
- Press the standby button. The corresponding indicator light will turn on, displaying the system's default operating mode. Press the standby button again to shut down the machine.
- Press the wind speed selection key to cycle through three modes: low wind, medium stroke, and high wind.
- In standard mode, press the 'Humidity' button to set the desired humidity level between RH40%-80% or select continuous dehumidification (CO).
- Press the 'Dry' button to activate the dry clothes mode; the dry icon will light up. Press the 'Dry' button again to exit dry mode and return to standard mode.
- Use the timer keys to set an appointment for 0-24 hours to start the machine at a fixed time (when the unit is off), or to schedule a timed shutdown (when the unit is on).
- Press the negative ion button to activate the negative ion function. The negative ion indicator will light up.
- The unit features intelligent detection of dehumidification system temperature. It will automatically enter Defrost mode to ensure efficient dehumidification performance in low-temperature environments.
- The unit has compressor power failure protection.
Pour Water:
- When the water tank is full, the machine will automatically stop dehumidifying. The 'Water full' indicator will light up, signaling that the tank needs to be emptied.
- Grasp the handles on both sides of the water tank and pull it outward to remove it.
- Empty the collected water from the tank.
- Place the water tank back into the unit securely. If the water tank is not properly placed, the device will not operate, and the 'Water full' indicator will remain on.
Continuous Drainage:
- Locate the continuous drain port on the unit (after removing the water tank).
- Insert a water pipe into the continuous drain port. Ensure the pipe mouth is positioned correctly within the tank or drainage system to allow condensate to be discharged smoothly.
Clean the strainer
- Remove the filter frame: First, remove the air inlet grille, then remove the filter frame.
- Dust cleaning: Use a dust collector to clean the air filter. Ensure it is dry after cleaning.
- Install the filter frame: Install the cleaned filter screen onto the air inlet grille, and then install the air inlet grille back onto the machine.

Common Troubleshooting
Symptom | Analysis of Possible Causes | Processing Method |
---|---|---|
The machine does not work | 1. The machine is placed unevenly or the ground is uneven, causing vibration. 2. The 'Water full' indicator is on (water tank is full or not placed correctly). 3. The room humidity is lower than the machine's set humidity value. | 1. Check the power supply and socket. 2. Empty the water tank or ensure it is placed correctly. 3. Reset the humidity setting to be lower than the room humidity. |
Noisy | 1. The air filter is too dirty, causing poor air inlet, or foreign objects are blocking the air outlet. 2. Doors and windows are not closed. 3. The room temperature is lower than 5°C or room humidity is low. | 1. Clean the air filter or remove foreign matter from the air outlet. 2. Close doors and windows. 3. This is a normal phenomenon. |
The wind wheel does not rotate or the air output is small | 1. Resonance caused by uneven machine placement or uneven ground. 2. The air filter is blocked. 3. Compressor starting period. | 1. Place the machine on a horizontal ground. 2. Clean the air filter. 3. The compressor noise will disappear automatically within a few minutes after starting. |
The machine does not dehumidify or has poor dehumidification effect | 1. The wind wheel is stuck. 2. The air filter is blocked. | 1. Reassemble the wind wheel or remove foreign objects. 2. Clean the air filter. |
