Installing the AIO cooler

Note: The illustrations in this section are for reference only, but the installation steps remain the same.

Intel Installation

A. Install the Intel backplate

Diagram shows the Intel backplate. Two alignment options are indicated for LGA115X/1200 and LGA1700 sockets, with arrows showing how to position the backplate.

B. Install the plastic collars

Diagram shows the Intel backplate with screws being inserted. Four plastic collars are placed over the screw heads. Arrows indicate insertion.

C. Install the washers (115X/1200 only)

D. Install the AIO pump

Diagram shows the AIO pump assembly being mounted onto the Intel 1700 and Intel 115X/1200 mounting brackets. Thumbscrews with caps are tightened. Arrows indicate downward and rotational motion.

Note: We recommend installing the pump so that the water pipes of the pump face towards the DIMM slots.

AMD Installation

A. Remove the Intel Mounting Bracket

B. Install the AMD Mounting Bracket

Diagram shows the AIO pump assembly. An arrow indicates the AMD mounting bracket being attached to the pump assembly.

C. Remove the pre-installed heatsink mount

Diagram shows the AMD mounting bracket attached to the motherboard. Arrows indicate screws being loosened and removed from the pre-installed heatsink mount.

D. Install the AMD standoff screws

Diagram shows the AMD mounting bracket in place. Arrows indicate AMD standoff screws being screwed into the bracket.

E. Install the AIO pump

Diagram shows the AIO pump assembly being mounted onto the AMD mounting bracket with standoff screws. Thumbscrews with caps are tightened. Arrows indicate downward and rotational motion.

Install the radiator

Diagram shows the radiator being mounted to a computer case, secured by multiple screws. The screws are identified as 7mm UNC 6-32 Radiator Screws.

Connect the Cables

Connect the 4-pin fan cable

Note: The AIO_PUMP and W_PUMP+ headers are set to operate at full speed (PWM 100%) and will cause the pump to operate louder.

Connect the ARGB cables

Swapping the Interchangeable Lens (optional)

Diagram 1 shows the current lens being lifted off the AIO pump. Diagram 2 shows a new lens being pressed down onto the AIO pump.
