ASUS 2024 Q4 Advanced AI Simple DIY Cashback Promotion

1. Legal Regulations

These rules, including ASUS's terms of service and privacy policy, form the basis of these terms. Participation signifies agreement with these terms. ASUS reserves the right to change these terms with appropriate notification. Participants must agree to any such changes.

2. Promotion Period and Start

The promotion starts at 00:01 CET on 30.09.2024 and ends at 23:59 CET on 10.11.2024 (the "promotion period"). Products must be purchased from an authorized partner within the "promotion area" and during the "promotion period". Purchases from distributors within the "promotion area" are eligible. The participant's invoice/receipt must include the purchase date and a valid billing address. All qualifying products must be purchased between 30.09.2024 and 10.11.2024, either online or in-store within the promotion area.

3. Eligibility

Employees of ASUS, its affiliates, partners, collaborating companies, agencies, resellers, distributors, and their relatives are excluded. Corporate and commercial clients are also excluded. Participants must be residents of the country within the "promotion area". Participation is free of charge.

4. Promotion Subject and Participation Rules

Participants can receive a monetary bonus in the currency of the qualifying area. To participate, customers must purchase an eligible "promotion product" from an authorized partner in their country of residence. Submissions must be made between 00:01 CET on 14.10.2024 and 23:59 CET on 24.11.2024 via the ASUS online form at: https://promotion.asus.com/pl/pl/advanced-ai-cashback-2024.

The form must be completed accurately, including personal details, a valid invoice from the store where the product was purchased, ASUS product serial numbers, and valid bank account details. Personal data on the invoice (name, address) must match the submitted information. Participation requires registration with an official ASUS VIP account, available at: https://account.asus.com/.

Upon verification and approval, ASUS will transfer the bonus to the provided bank account. This process may take up to 30 business days. ASUS is not obligated to re-attempt transfers if the initial attempt fails. If a participant cannot receive monetary transactions due to national/international regulations or financial provider restrictions, they will be immediately disqualified. ASUS or its authorized representatives are not required to inform the customer. Funds will only be transferred if the participant owns the provided bank account. Invoices must comply with local legal requirements. This promotion cannot be combined with other ASUS promotions.

5. Eligible Products

Purchases must include a product listed in the "eligible products" list. Rented, leased, sample, or used products are excluded. Delivery confirmations, receipts, or order confirmations from e-commerce platforms are not sufficient proof of purchase. Products infringing ASUS intellectual property rights are excluded. Each participant is limited to one claim per product group per promotion period. Excessive claims may result in forfeiture of related claims. If a participant returns an eligible product, their claim will be rejected. Funds from already processed claims will be reclaimed by ASUS with a €75.00 administrative fee. ASUS may take legal action against fraudulent activities. Products must be purchased from a seller located in the participant's country of residence.

6. Claim Processing

Upon submission, participants will receive an email confirmation. The approval process may take up to 10 business days. Upon successful approval, the participant will receive their cashback within 30 business days. If proof of purchase is missing or invalid, the customer will be notified via email and given seven (7) days to resubmit valid documentation. Failure to provide the required documents within 7 days will result in claim rejection. Participants are responsible for checking their email, including spam folders. If cashback is not received within 30 business days after registration, participants should contact support@asus-promotion.com to initiate a status check. Claim status can also be checked via the user profile at: https://promotion.asus.com.

7. Early Termination of Promotion

ASUS reserves the right to terminate or suspend the promotion at any time with 10 days' prior notice if any irregularities, disruptions, fraud, virus attacks, or similar incidents occur, or if the promotion's management, security, fairness, integrity, or procedures are jeopardized. No claims or demands can be made related to early termination.

8. Personal Data Protection

Participants consent to ASUS storing their personal data as entered via the ASUS online form, in accordance with the ASUS Privacy Policy: http://www.asus.com/Terms_of_Use_Notice_Privacy_Policy/Privacy_Policy. ASUS is committed to protecting user privacy and complies with applicable data protection and security regulations. For data removal or inquiries, contact privacy@asus.com.

9. Agreement

By submitting the registration form, participants confirm they are aware of and agree to these terms. ASUS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. If a participant disagrees with any changes, they may withdraw their submission by emailing support@asus-promotion.com. Legal recourse is not permitted. Claims against ASUS and its representatives related to the promotion are limited to cases of intentional or gross negligence as permitted by law. The terms and participation are subject to applicable local laws. Jurisdiction is Amsterdam, Netherlands.
