Product Features

1. Aufero Laser 1 is a small desktop laser engraving machine, known for its humanized experience, safety, complete functions and stable quality.
2. Aufero Laser 1 is equipped with OLM-PRO-V1.2 motherboard, which is the third-generation laser motherboard with richer functions and supports Ortur offline controller.
3. There is a G-sensor on the main board for active position protection. If the machine detects unauthorized movement, the laser beam will stop.
4. Laser beam safety protection. If your computer system stops or the USB cable is disconnected, the laser engraving machine will stop moving and the laser beam will stop to prevent fire.
5. Exposure time detection and limitation. When the laser engraving machine is working, if the motor does not move, this additional safety function will turn off the laser to prevent fire.
6. Ortur Laser 1.83 firmware supports the fastest engraving speed of 3000mm/min.
7. The laser module comes with an adjustable safety cover, which can be adjusted up and down as needed.

Safety Tips

1. Please place the laser engraving machine in a fireproof area and keep a good ventilation environment; If possible, we recommend that you buy a fire extinguisher and place it near the machine.
2. Do not leave the laser engraving machine unattended when it is working, and the operator must pay attention to it to prevent the engraved material from catching fire.
3. Do not operate the laser (laser goggles) without eye protection, it will damage your eyes.
4. Do not touch the laser beam with your hands or other objects you don't want to touch. If used improperly, it may cause serious bodily injury.
5. The machine must avoid violent impact.
6. Keep minors (especially your children under 14 years old) away from this laser engraving machine; Without adult direct supervision and proper eye protection, minors of any age should not use this machine.
7. Please do not touch the heat sink. When the laser engraving machine stops working, it may burn your hands.
8. Use the laser engraving machine in a room that can be closed by a door, and make sure that neither the laser beam nor the astigmatism can penetrate the window.
9. When using a laser engraving machine, use the doorplate or warning light on the door to indicate that the laser engraving machine is running.

Laser Module Installation Guides

Installing the LU2-2 Laser Module

1. Step 1: Prepare the laser shield, laser screws (x2), and laser nuts (x2).
2. Step 2: Slide the laser shield onto the laser module. After the shield is in place, tighten the screws carefully, avoiding overtightening.
3. Step 3: Mount the assembled laser module onto the machine's X-axis carriage.
4. Step 4: Secure the laser module using the thumb screw (x1).
5. Step 5: Connect the ground wire to the appropriate port on the machine's main board.

Installing the LU2-4-SF Laser Module

1. Step 1: Prepare the laser module and laser shield.
2. Step 2: Mount the laser module onto the machine's X-axis carriage.
3. Step 3: Secure the laser module using the thumb screw (x1).
4. Step 4: Connect the ground wire to the appropriate port on the machine's main board.

Installing the LU2-4-LF Laser Module

1. Step 1: Prepare the laser shield, laser screws (x2), and laser nuts (x2).
