The Avantco Ice MC-500-30-FA is a 30" air-cooled modular full cube ice machine capable of producing up to 497 lb. of ice per day. It features a built-in diagnostic system that displays issues on a digital controller for easy maintenance and troubleshooting. The controller also allows monitoring of the ice production stage, adjustment of bridge thickness for individual cubes, and initiation of the cleaning cycle.
Constructed with durable type 304 stainless steel and a polyethylene interior, this unit is designed for busy commercial environments. It includes a nickel-plated evaporator and a removable air filter for simple cleaning. Pre-drilled holes are provided for mounting an OceanLoch+ water filter for optimal ice quality. The machine is designed for side-breathing and rear exhaust, preventing hot air from being blown into the service area. It requires a 115V electrical connection.
