This Avantco Ice KMC-500-L3F ice machine is designed for commercial use, capable of producing up to 497 lb. of full cube ice per day. The integrated ice bin has a large capacity of 536 lb. and features a durable roto plastic exterior with a polyethylene interior. An ice scoop and a hook for storage are included.
For maintenance, the machine includes a built-in diagnostic system that displays issues on a digital controller. This controller also allows users to monitor ice production stages, adjust ice bridge thickness, and initiate the cleaning cycle. The ice bin is equipped with a 3/4 FTP drain fitting.
The ice machine's construction utilizes a durable roto plastic finish and a polyethylene interior for longevity in demanding environments. Key components include a nickel-plated evaporator and a removable air filter for easy cleaning. The unit stands on four 6-inch adjustable legs, allowing for leveling on uneven surfaces and providing clearance for cleaning underneath.
Pre-drilled holes are provided on the back for mounting an optional OceanLoch+ water filter to ensure ice purity. The machine is designed with side-breathing and rear exhaust, directing warm air away from the operational area. It requires a 115V electrical connection.
