Pairing
Pair First Time
The first time you power on your headset, it begins the pairing process.
- Put the headset on and turn it on.
- For iPhone and Android™ Smartphones: Follow the voice-guided pairing instructions.

Multipoint technology lets you pair a second phone and answer calls from either phone.

- Press and hold the Call button (?) until the indicator light flashes red and white or you hear "pairing."
- While the indicator light flashes red and white, activate Bluetooth on your phone and set it to search for new devices.

Fit
Adjust the Fit
The universal-fit eartip has a thin loop that bends to gently tuck into the contours of either ear.
- Rotate the eartip on the headset or add the optional clip-on earloop to adjust the fit.
- Replace the gel eartip with one of the two alternate sizes, if it feels loose or tight in your ear.
Diagram description: Two diagrams illustrate adjusting the fit: one shows rotating the eartip or adding an earloop, and the other shows replacing the gel eartip with a different size.
The Basics
Make/Take/End Calls
Answer a call: Tap the Call button (?).
Answer a second call: First, tap the Call button (?) to end the current call, then tap the Call button (?) again to answer the new call.
End a call: Tap the Call button (?) to end the current call.
Reject a call: Say "ignore" after the call is announced, or press and hold the Call button (?) for 2 seconds.
Call back last call: To dial your last number, double-tap the Call button (?).
Voice dial (phone feature): Press the Call button (?) for 2 seconds, wait for the phone prompt, and then tell the phone to dial the name of a stored contact.
Mute
You can mute the microphone during a conversation. During a call, tap the Volume/Mute (?/?) button until you hear "mute on" or "mute off." While the microphone is muted, an alert repeats every 15 minutes.
Adjust the Volume
Tap the Volume/Mute (?/?) button to cycle through preset levels.
Stream Audio
Streaming audio is controlled using your phone. When a call rings, the audio automatically pauses to allow you to answer or ignore the call. Once the call is ignored or ends, the streaming audio is resumed.
More Features
Save Power
If your headset is powered on but out of range of your paired phone for more than 90 minutes, it will conserve battery power by entering a DeepSleep™ mode. Once back in range, tap the Call button (?) to exit DeepSleep mode. If your phone is also ringing, tap the Call button (?) again to answer your call.
Decipher the Lights
Your headset has an indicator light (?) that flashes in response to status changes or after a button press. Examples include:
- Solid red until charging complete, then off.
- Flashing red and white during pairing.
- Triple red flash when less than 10 minutes of talk time remain.
- Triple white flash at incoming call.
Hear it Whisper
Your headset provides voice alerts in English for status changes, such as:
- "Power on"
- "Pairing successful"
- "Talk time (x) hours"
- "Mute on"
- "Lost connection"
- "Recharge headset"
Disable Voice Commands
This headset only speaks and understands English. If you prefer to use the Call button (?) to answer or reject calls, you can disable the voice commands "answer" or "ignore." With the headset powered on, simultaneously press the Call (?) and Volume (↔) buttons until the indicator light flashes white two times. Repeat these steps to reactivate the commands.
