Important Cautions
If using ESCs with active braking, it is recommended to power the camera system through a BEC or voltage regulator.
Camera Connections
Camera-OSD Switch Connection
If connected with an HD VTx, camera settings must be changed from the VTx side using a programming board.
Connection Diagram Description
The connection involves a 3-pin connector labeled "To Video Transmitter" and a 2-pin connector labeled "To OSD Switch board". The camera back features pins for VCC, GND, VID, and OSD. The DigiSight Nano camera can connect to a digital video transmitter.
Wire Color Coding for Analog Connection:
- VCC: Analog input accepts 4.5V~20V; Digital input requires 3.3V (indicated by Red wire).
- GND: Ground Wire (indicated by Black wire).
- VID: Video Out signal (indicated by Yellow wire).
- OSD: OSD Signal (indicated by White wire).
Camera-Video Transmitter Connection
Analog Connection: Connect the camera directly to the video transmitter using the 3-pin wiring harness. The OSD pin on the harness should be left open.
Digital Connection: Connect the camera to the video transmitter using the provided ribbon cable.
Analog and Digital Switching
The analog and digital modes cannot be used simultaneously. The default mode is digital. To switch to analog mode: power on the device for 20 seconds, then long-press the left button for 5 seconds.
FPV OSD Setup
Press and hold the top button for 3 seconds to access the OSD menu.
OSD Menu Options
- TIME: ON/OFF
- SCENE: Select between DAY, NIGHT, LED, or B&W modes. A quick switch function is available: at standby status, long-press the right button on the OSD board for 3 seconds to fast-change the SCENE. The current mode will briefly display near the TIMER position.
- SIZE: Aspect ratio is switchable between 4:3 and 16:9.
- SYSTEM: Frame rate is switchable between 60FPS and 50FPS.
- VER: Displays the firmware version (e.g., FOXEER_HD_V1.0).
- EXIT: Exits the OSD menu.
Main Menu and Settings
Menu Navigation: Push the MENU (center button) to enter the main menu. Use UP/DOWN buttons to navigate through menu options. Use LEFT/RIGHT buttons to modify parameter values.
Main Menu Items:
- CAMERA ID: Configure ON/OFF and set the pilot name and position. A character selection grid is provided for inputting names, including letters, numbers, and symbols.

PICT ADJUST: Adjust image parameters:
- FLIP: Options include OFF, H-FLIP, V-FLIP, HV-FLIP.
- BRIGHTNESS: Adjustable value (e.g., 122).
- CONTRAST: Adjustable value (e.g., 136).
- SHARPNESS: Adjustable value (e.g., 160).
- HUE: Adjustable value (e.g., 090).
- COLOR GAIN: Adjustable value (e.g., 136).
- RETURN: Returns to the previous menu.
- DAY/NIGHT: Options include "AUTO" and "MANUAL". In MANUAL mode, you can permanently set the image to "COLOR" or "B/W".
- LANGUAGE: Select from 7 languages: ENGLISH, DEUTSCH, FRANCAIS, Russian, PORTUGUES, ESPANOL, and Chinese (中文).

CAMERA RESET: Options to reset camera settings.
- YES: Confirms reset.
- NO: Cancels reset.

EXIT: Save and exit the menu.
- Save All: Saves all current settings.
- Not Save: Temporarily saves settings, but they will not persist after power off.
- Cancel: Cancels all setup changes.
