Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, and hyperthermia, including the following:
CAUTION
- Read all instructions before using this heater.
- Always unplug heater when not in use.
- This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving this heater. Keep electrical cords, furnishings and any other combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are under supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Ensure the heater is placed on a stable, secure surface to avoid risk of tipping it over. Never place the heater in such a way that it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
- This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, or similar indoor locations. Never position the appliance where it may fall into a bathtub or come in contact with water.
- CAUTION: Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
CAUTION: TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK. MATCH WIDE BLADE OF PLUG TO WIDE SLOT AND FULLY INSERT.
WARNING
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not use outdoors.
- This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
- A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- To disconnect heater, press the button to off, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap.
- Hyperthermia can result in death. Symptoms of hyperthermia include high body temperature, headache, nausea, vomiting, tiredness, dizziness, fainting, and rapid pulse. If you begin to experience symptoms related to hyperthermia, turn off the heater and seek medical attention.
- To avoid excessive room temperatures which can cause hyperthermia: DO NOT leave product running unattended in a confined space around infants, or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
- Unplug or disconnect the appliance from the power supply before servicing.
- WARNING: To Reduce The Risk Of Fire Or Electric Shock, Do Not Use This heater With Any Solid-State Speed Control Device.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug. Discard heater or return to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

NOTE: All the pictures in this manual are for explanation purposes only. Any discrepancy between the real object and the illustration in the drawing shall be subject to the real model.
Operation Instructions
Check Before Starting Up
- Whether the power cord is in good condition.
- The power supply of the product is 120V, 60Hz AC, and the carrying capacity of the socket shall not be lower than 15 A. Otherwise, accidents may occur.
Start the Machine
- Plug in the power cord, power on indicator lights up, there will be a long beep, and the product will convert to standby mode.
- In order to use the device in heater mode, make sure the slider switch is fully engaged to the heater side (right). Press the mode button to start the heater mode, press the mode button again to switch between the different heat levels.
- NOTE: If you move the slider switch while the device is in operation, you will need to press the mode button to enable the heater.
- In order to use the device in fan mode, make sure the slider switch is fully engaged to the fan side (left). Press the mode button to switch between the different fan speed levels.

Control Panel
A diagram illustrates the control panel with numbered buttons:
- 1 ON/OFF: Touch this button to power the device on or off.
- 2 Oscillation: Touch this button to start/stop the oscillation.
- 3 Mode: Touch this button to switch to the high, medium, low, and sleep modes in the fan mode, and the high and low modes in the heating mode. (Make sure to slide to the switch first)
- 4 ECO mode: In heater mode, touch this button to set the temperature to your comfort. The default set temperature is 78°F.
- 5 Timer: Touch this button to program the timer in both fan and heater modes.
- 6 UP/DOWN: Press “-”, “+” to set the temperature or adjust the timer.
Display Panel
The display panel shows various icons and information:

? | Hour icon | This icon lights up when the timer option is selected. (eg. 1 h, 2 h, . . . 12 h) |
ECO | Energy saving function | This icon lights up when the energy-saving ECO function is selected. |
? | Sleep mode | This icon lights up when the sleep mode is activated. |
8.8 | Numeric icon | Displays timer and temperature. Displays regular numbers, such as timing, reservation time, etc. |
? | Low fan speed | This icon lights up when you turn on the low fan speed function. |
?? | Medium fan speed | This icon lights up when you turn on the medium fan speed function. |
??? | High fan speed | This icon lights up when you turn on the high fan speed function. |
⏱️ | Timer | This icon lights up in the reserved startup or timed shutdown state. |
? | Low heating icon | This icon lights up when you turn on the low heating function. |
?? | High heating icon | This icon lights up when you turn on the high heating function. |
°F | Fahrenheit degree icon | This icon lights up when displaying temperature, it will flash when setting temperature. |
? | Power indicator | This icon will remain lit when the device is plugged into power. |
NOTE:
- The display will be turned off automatically after 60 seconds.
- When the device is tipped over, it will activate the safety tipover protection. The display will show a P4 error code. Lift the device back onto its base, and it will return to its normal state.
- When the heater is turned off, the fan will continue to run for 15 seconds in order to dissipate the heat as a cool-down feature.
Light Indication
This fan heater is equipped with a light indicator that illuminates whenever the heater is plugged in and turned on. It will continue to glow even if the thermostat has cycled the heating elements off. This feature is to prevent you from being unaware that the heater is operating and maintaining the temperature of the room. When you do not wish the heater to control the room temperature, turn off the heater and remove the plug from the electrical outlet.
Overheat Protection
This heater is equipped with a temperature control component for overheat protection that will be activated when the internal temperature exceeds normal operating temperatures. If this occurs, turn the heater “OFF,” unplug it, inspect and remove any objects on or adjacent to the heater. Allow it to cool for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and resume normal operation.
Remote Controller
The functions of the remote controller are similar to the body operation panel. The control range is within 5 meters in front of the product and in the left and right angles of 30 degrees.

- 1 ON/OFF: Powers the device on or off.
- 2 Oscillation: Starts/stops oscillation.
- 3: Switches the fan/heater modes.
- 4 + / -: Sets the temperature or adjusts the timer.
- 5 Timer: Sets the timer for shutdown or startup.

Batteries Installation
Battery not included in the packaging.
- Slide the battery compartment cover. [Fig 1]
- Insert the batteries, and make sure that the batteries are placed as shown in the figure. [Fig 2]
- Slide back the battery cover. [Fig 3]
NOTE: Use size “AAA” manganese or alkaline batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Battery Warnings
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire; batteries may explode or leak.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
- Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
- The batteries must be removed from the remote controller before it is scrapped and disposed of safely.
Cleaning and Maintenance
It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season in order to provide the optimum level of performance. ALWAYS TURN THE POWER SWITCH OFF AND UNPLUG THE HEATER BEFORE CLEANING. Be sure to save the box for off-season storage.
- Turn the heater “OFF”, unplug it and wait for the heater to cool down.
- Use a dry cloth to clean only external surfaces of the heater.
- Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.
- Never immerse the heater in water.
- Pack the heater in the original carton and store it in a cool and dry place.
- Any other maintenance shall be performed by an authorized service representative.
WARNING: This heater cannot achieve accurate temperature control of the environment, and thus cannot be used as insulation device for storage environment, items, animals and plants.
Troubleshooting
If the product does not operate or does not operate properly, first check according to the following list. If the reason the product does not operate or does not operate properly is not included in the following list, the product may have failed. At this time, it is recommended to send the product to the dealer for treatment.

One (1) Year Limited Warranty
• Please read all instructions before attempting to use this product.
Midea America Corporation warrants as limited herein to the original purchaser of retail that each new Fan shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This one (1) year warranty is limited to the Motor and Electric Element.
In the event of malfunctions or failure of your Fan, simply deliver or send the Fan, postage prepaid along with PROOF OF PURCHASE, within the warranty period of one (1) year, to Midea America Corporation. Midea America Corporation reserves the right to inspect the claimed defective part or parts to determine if the defect or malfunction complaint is covered by this warranty. Midea America Corporation shall, within sixty (60) days after receipt of the product, at its option, repair and/or replace the defective part or parts free of charge. This warranty shall only cover defects arising from normal usage. Midea America Corporation assumes no responsibility whatsoever if the Fan should fail during the warranty period by reason of:
- Misuse, negligence, physical damage or accidents.
- Lack of maintenance (see instructions for proper maintenance).
- Repair by any unauthorized party during the warranty period.
- Damage caused by connection to an improper input voltage (see specification label on your Fan).
Midea America Corporation makes no further warranties or representations, express or implied except those contained herein. No representative or dealer is authorized to assume any other liability regarding the Fan. The duration of the implied warranty granted under State law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose are limited in duration should the duration of the express warranty grant it hereunder. Midea America Corporation shall in no event be liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
