Assembly Steps
Frame Assembly
Construct the supporting frame. Attach the four foot tubes (Part 13) to the two bend tubes (Part 12) using the connect steel 1 (Part 14) and connect steel 2 (Part 15) pieces. Secure these connections using M6x35 bolts (Hardware 7) and M6 nuts (Hardware 8).
Drum Assembly - Main Structure
Begin assembling the main drum. Attach the side panels (side panel 1 and side panel 2, Parts 1 & 2) and the middle panel (Part 3) to the central tube (Part 10). The EVA tubes (Parts 8 & 9) are also integrated into the drum structure, likely acting as axles or supports for the panels.
Drum Assembly - Panels and Fasteners
Attach the remaining panels (panel 1, panel 2, panel 3, panel 4 - Parts 4, 5, 6, 7) to the drum assembly. Use 5x20 hex screws (Hardware 6) for securing many of these panels. Also, use M4x10 bolts (Hardware 10), plastic bolts (Hardware 11), and plastic nuts (Hardware 12) for various connections. The hasp parts (Hardware 5) are attached to the panels, likely for the drum's doors or closures. Ensure M5 washers (Hardware 13) are used where appropriate with bolts.
Handle Attachment
Attach the handles (handle 1 and handle 2 - Parts 1 & 2) to the drum assembly. Handle 1 (3 units) and handle 2 (5 units) are secured using M6x15 bolts (Hardware 9) and M6 nuts (Hardware 8).
Final Assembly
Mount the completed drum onto the assembled frame. The EVA tubes or central tube likely rest on the frame to allow rotation. The connect wires (Part 16) are also included in the parts list, though their specific function in the assembly is not detailed in the provided diagrams.
