03 Product Overview
The HK3000 is a three-phase meter designed with three-channel CTs to measure energy power at the grid point. It allows for the calculation of household load in conjunction with inverter output. The HK3000 can upload measurement data to a cloud server in real-time for analysis and management of electric energy across different loads. Please note that this data is not intended for use as a basis or standard for electric charging by the grid power company.
Indicator Status
No. | Part | Description |
---|---|---|
1 | Power LED | Normal status: ON |
2 | Energy Consumption LED | Consuming: ON; Generating: Blinking |
3 | Communication LED | Blink once: detecting data transferring; Blink 5 times: Reset successfully |
4 | Reset button | Press less than 3s: Meter Reset; Press 5s more or less: Meter Settings Initialization; Press more than 10s: Meter Initialize settings and Clear Energy Data |

04 Equipment Installation
NOTE:
- HK3000 should be installed on a rail and must not be installed outdoors.
- When operating the meter, use insulation tools and wear personal protective equipment to ensure personal safety.
Dimensions
The device has dimensions of approximately 72mm in width, 85mm in height, and 66.5mm in depth.
Installation Steps
The installation involves mounting the meter, connecting the necessary cables, and connecting to the grid and load.
Connection Terminals:
- 1B (RS485-)
- 2A (RS485+)
- 3 -(CT3-)
- 4 +(CT3+)
- 5 -(CT2-)
- 6 +(CT2+)
- 7 -(CT1-)
- 8 +(CT1+)
05 Cable Connections
The diagram shows the following connections: Inverter to HK3000 via RS485+ and RS485-. Three Current Transformers (CT1, CT2, CT3) connect to their respective terminals. The HK3000 also connects to Protective Earth (PE), Load, and the Grid (L1, L2, L3, N).
06 APP Configuration
HK3000 Configuration via SolarGo APP
To configure the HK3000 using the SolarGo APP:
- Download the SolarGo APP from Google Play or the App Store.
- Ensure the inverter is grid-tied.
- Establish communication between the inverter and the SolarGo app via a Bluetooth or WiFi module. Ensure the communication is normal.
- The initial password for WiFi is typically '12345678', where '*' represents the last 8 digits of the inverter's serial number (SN).
HK3000 Network Configuration and Monitoring via SEMS Portal
For network configuration and monitoring using the SEMS Portal APP:
- Scan the QR code to download the SEMS Portal APP.
- Connect the HK3000 to the Ethernet properly via the SEMS Portal.
- Log in using the initial password and change it immediately for security. Periodic password changes are recommended.
- When selecting the Internet Access Port, choose either WiFi or LAN. If a static IP address is desired, disable DHCP and manually input the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway address.
Monitoring Interface
The SEMS Portal APP displays real-time monitoring data, including current power (e.g., 6.690 kW), today's generation (e.g., 18.0 kWh), month generation, total generation, and total income. It also shows self-use of PV, load consumption, and energy bought/sold.
