Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare Base Poles

Attach the square base plates (Part #10092978, 4x) to the bottom of each vertical pole using the Allen key (Part #130445).

Step 2: Assemble Lower Frame

Connect the horizontal frame pieces together to form sections of the gazebo's base and top structure.

Step 3: Attach Vertical Poles to Frame

Connect the vertical poles to the corner sections of the frame.

Step 4: Continue Frame Assembly

Continue assembling the frame by connecting the horizontal and vertical pieces.

Step 5: Attach Corner Connectors

Attach the main corner support brackets (Part #10068736, 1x) to the frame using bolts (Part #10060581, 1x) and the Allen key (Part #130445).

Step 6: Assemble Roof Support Arms

Assemble the roof support arms. Two sets of arms are joined together.

Step 7: Connect Roof Arms to Frame

Connect the assembled roof support arms to the main frame structure.

Step 8: Secure Top of Vertical Poles

Secure the top of each vertical pole to the frame using the provided brackets and bolts (Part #10092978, 4x). Use the Allen key (Part #130445).

Step 9: Attach Central Roof Hub

Attach the hook bolt (Part #10067553, 1x) to the central roof hub. Secure it with the nut (Part #10060754, 1x) using the wrench (Part #124441). Maximum load for the hook is 5 kg (11 lbs). ⓘ

Step 10: Insert Roof Poles

Insert the roof support poles into their designated slots on the frame.

Step 11: Connect Roof Poles to Hub

Connect the inner ends of the roof support poles to the central roof hub. Ensure they click into place. ✔️

Step 12: Secure Roof Poles to Frame

Connect the outer ends of the roof support poles to the main frame. Ensure they click into place. ✔️

Step 13: Drape Canopy Fabric

With assistance, carefully drape the canopy fabric over the assembled frame. ✋✋

Step 14: Secure Gazebo to Ground

Secure the gazebo to the ground using the ground stakes (Part #10061993, 8x). Use a hammer ? to drive them firmly into the ground. Ensure the stakes are driven straight for stability. ⚠️

Step 15: Attach Canopy Edges

Attach the edges of the canopy fabric to the frame by hooking them onto the designated points. ✋

Step 16: Final Canopy Fastening

Secure the canopy further by fastening it to the frame. Listen for a "Click!" sound to confirm each attachment is secure. ✔️

Step 17: Secure Canopy Straps

Use the provided straps to further secure the canopy. Loop and fasten the straps as shown. (8x loops indicated).

Step 18: Final Check

Perform a final check of all connections and ensure the structure is stable and secure.

Optional: Side Curtains

The diagram shows side curtains can be attached. Refer to separate instructions if included.

Final Assembly

The HIMMELSÖ gazebo is now fully assembled. The diagrams show the completed structure, potentially with optional side curtains.
