Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach two U-shaped brackets (Part 10061993) to the ends of two poles (Part 10060796). Use two screws (Part 10059477) and two washers (Part 10060742) for each bracket. The diagram shows the bracket being attached to the pole end.
Step 2
Connect two horizontal beams (Part 10060581) to the poles from Step 1. Insert the beams into the U-shaped brackets. Secure using two screws (Part 10059477) and two washers (Part 10060742) for each connection. The diagram shows the beams being inserted and secured.
Step 3
Attach the corner connectors (Part 10060742) to the top of the four poles. Use two screws (Part 10059477) and two washers (Part 10060581) for each connector. The diagram shows the connectors being attached to the top of the poles.
Step 4
Connect the longer roof support beams (Part 10060581) to the corner connectors. Use two screws (Part 10059477) and two washers (Part 10060581) per connection. The diagram shows the beams connecting to the corner pieces.
Step 5
Attach the main roof frame poles (Part 10062305) to the corner connectors. Use two screws (Part 10059477) and two washers (Part 10060581) per connection. The diagram shows these poles being fitted into the corner connectors.
Step 6
Connect the remaining roof support beams (Part 10060581) to the frame. Use two screws (Part 10059477) and two washers (Part 10060581) per connection. The diagram shows these beams being added to the structure.
Step 7
Attach the side support beams (Part 10060581) to the frame. Use two screws (Part 10059477) and two washers (Part 10060581) per connection. The diagram shows these beams being attached to the sides of the structure.
Step 8
Assemble the main rectangular frame. Connect the poles and beams using the provided connectors and screws. The diagram shows the overall frame coming together.
Step 9
Attach the upper corner brackets (Part 10061993) to the top of the poles. Use four screws (Part 10059477) and four washers (Part 10060581) for each bracket. The diagram shows these brackets being fitted onto the top of the poles.
Step 10
Place the roof fabric onto the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and aligned correctly. The diagram shows the fabric being laid over the frame with an arrow indicating placement.
Step 11
Secure the roof fabric to the frame using the provided clips. There are 28 attachment points indicated around the edges of the fabric. The diagram shows clips being attached.
Step 12
