Step 1: Leg Installation
Measure the distance between the two legs (Part A) and fix the legs first for subsequent installation. This step involves attaching four leg assemblies (Part A) to base plates (Part Z5).
Step 2: Horizontal Beam Connection
Connect horizontal beams (Part C and C2) using screws (W) and connectors (N2). Ensure correct placement of screws as indicated in the diagram.
Step 3: Attaching Legs to Beams
Attach the leg assemblies (Part A) to the horizontal beams (Part C, C2) using brackets (P, P1) and bolts (Z, Z2, X). This forms the main frame structure.
Step 4: Cross Beam Assembly
Connect cross beams (Part B and B5) using bolts (W) and connectors (N). These beams add stability to the structure.
Step 5: Securing Cross Beams
Attach the cross beams (Part B/B5) to the leg assemblies (Part A) using bolts (Y). This step integrates the side supports.
Step 6: Roof Support Beams
Attach roof support beams (Part D, D2, D4) to the main frame using bolts (W) and connectors (N3). These beams will support the roof panels.
Step 7: Attaching Roof Purlins
Attach roof purlins (Part D/D2) to the main beams (Part C/C2) using bolts (W3). These run perpendicular to the main beams to support the roof panels.
Step 8: Installing Roof Panels
Attach roof panels (Part E) to the structure using connectors (S, T) and screws (W3, Z1, X2). This begins the process of covering the roof.
Step 9: Securing Roof Panels
Secure the roof panels (Part E) to the structure using bolts (W2, Z1). This ensures the panels are firmly attached.
Step 10: Placing Roof Coverings
Place the roof coverings (Part K1) onto the frame (Part G), ensuring the leakage holes are facing upwards. This step completes the roof installation.
Step 11: Final Roof Securing
Secure the roof coverings (Part K1) using brackets (R) and screws (W). This finalizes the roof structure.
Step 12: Optional Attachments
Attach any optional side components or supports (Parts U, U1, U2) as needed.
