The set includes:

• 1 x Carrera FIRST Mario Kart Race Track
• 2 x Slot Cars (Mario and Yoshi)

Assembly Steps:

1. Lay out the track pieces according to the desired layout. The track length is 2.4 m (7.87 ft) and the track dimensions are 93 x 45 cm (3.05 x 1.48 ft).
2. Connect the track pieces securely.
3. Insert 4 x 'C' type batteries (not included) into the battery holder, ensuring correct polarity.
4. Connect the speed controllers to the battery holder.
5. Place the cars on the track.
6. Ensure all connections are secure before operation.

Safety Instructions

• WARNING: Not suitable for children under 36 months. Danger of suffocation due to small parts.
• WARNING: Contains magnets. Keep away from the human body as they can cause serious injury if swallowed or inhaled. Seek immediate medical attention if magnets are ingested.
• WARNING: Functional clamping danger.
• Adult supervision is recommended during assembly and play.
• Do not operate the race track at face or eye level due to the risk of injury from cars being catapulted off the track.
• Keep liquids away from all electrical connections.
• Keep metal objects away from the track to avoid short circuits.
• Do not hold or block the cars while the engine is on, as this may lead to overheating and engine breakdown.
• Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries (alkaline, standard, rechargeable).
• Remove batteries when not in use or when discharged.
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
• Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries should only be charged under adult supervision and removed from the toy before charging.
• The supply terminals must not be short-circuited.
• This product conforms to the safety requirements of ASTM F963.
• This product is marked with the WEEE symbol for selective disposal of electrical and electronic equipment. Dispose of according to EU Directive 2012/19/EU to minimize environmental impact.

Operation and Maintenance

• Periodically check the track, vehicles, and parts for damage. Repair or replace defective parts.
• Ensure contact brushes are in good working order.
• Do not use cleaning agents, water, solvents, or chemicals for cleaning the track.
• When not in use, protect the track from dust and keep it dry, preferably in its original box.
• Unplug the hand controllers from the battery case before cleaning or servicing.
• Driving too fast may cause cars to veer off the track; this is a result of high speed, not a malfunction.
