Before You Start

Please read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.

General Warnings

• ⚠ Attention: To prevent possible injury by entanglement, remove this toy when the child starts trying to get up on its hands and knees in a crawling position.
• ⚠ Danger! Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children, otherwise they may pose a choking hazard.
• The product must be installed and used under the supervision of an adult.
• Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
• Remove all packaging, separate and count all parts and hardware before installation.
• Please ensure that all parts are correctly installed; incorrect installation can lead to a danger.
• We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
• Ensure a secure surface during installation, and place the product always on a flat, steady and stable surface.

Assembly Steps

1. Insert the tubes into the fabric and connect the tubes with the middle plastic connector. Then connect four side tubes with the corner plastic connector.

2. The fully assembled bottom is as shown.

3. Insert the support tube into the fabric and connect with the plastic connector.

4. Install top rail tubes of four sides and connect with the plastic connector. Note that the side with the zipper should be assembled at the last step.

Warnings

• Regularly check whether the fastening elements of each part are firm.
• Never leave your child unattended; always keep an eye on your child.
• After assembly, make sure that the playpen is securely assembled and that all parts are locked in place.
• Do not disassemble the playpen when the baby is in the playpen.
• Do not allow your baby to climb out of the playpen.
• Do not use the playpen without the mattress (not included).
• Do not leave anything in the playpen that could lead to suffocation or strangulation.
• Be aware of the danger of open fire and other sources of intense heat, such as electric heaters, gas stoves, etc.
• If assembly or disassembly is not easy, check the playpen carefully and follow the description to avoid damage.
• This product can be used for newborns and up until your child is around three years of age.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Only use household soap or detergent with warm water.
• Use lukewarm water for washing, then drain and dry thoroughly. DO NOT BLEACH!
• Do not store or use the playpen in places with extremely high or extremely low temperatures, or high humidity, and always ensure sufficient ventilation.
• Hand wash only.

Return / Damage Claim Instructions

• DO NOT discard the box / original packaging. In case a return is required, the item must be returned in its original box. Without this, your return will not be accepted.
• Take a photo of the box markings. A photo of the markings (text) on the side of the box is required in case a part is needed for replacement. This helps our staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts.
• Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable). A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is damaged.
• Send us an email with the requested images. Email us directly from the marketplace where your item was purchased with the attached images and a description of your claim.
