Installation Spacing for Recessed Area or Closet
The dimensions shown are for recommended spacing. Additional spacing may be needed for installation, servicing, wall/door/floor moldings, and to reduce noise transfer (1" / 25 mm on all sides recommended).
For closet installation with a door, minimum ventilation openings are required in the top and bottom of the door. Louvered doors with equivalent openings are acceptable. Consider spacing for adjacent appliances.
