QCY-T13 True Wireless Earbuds

Overview

The QCY-T13 earbuds come with a charging case, USB cable, and multiple sizes of eartips (S, M, L). The earbuds feature a touch panel and an LED indicator. The charging case also has an LED indicator and a button on the case.

Wearing

To ensure the best fit and optimal microphone placement, choose the eartips that fit your ears best. Adjust the earbuds so that the microphone is directed towards your mouth.

Pairing

To pair the QCY-T13 earbuds with your device:

1. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Find “QCY-T13” in your device's Bluetooth list.
3. Confirm the pairing when a notification appears. If no notification appears, the secondary earbud may not be usable separately.

LED Light Guide

The LED indicators on the earbuds and charging case provide information about the device's status:

• Steady Red: Indicates charging or low battery.
• Steady Blue for 1 minute: Pairing mode or connected.
• Steady Green: Fully charged or high battery.

Charging

Before charging:

1. Fully dry off the earbuds.
2. Remove the protective film from the earbuds.

Place the earbuds into the charging case to charge. The LED indicators on the earbuds show the charging status:

• Red: Charging
• Blue: Fully charged

The charging case LED indicates the battery level:

• Red light: Battery less than 50%
• Blue light: Battery between 50% and 90%
• Green light: Battery above 90%

Powering On/Off

• To power on: Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
• To power off: Place the earbuds into the charging case.

Button Controls

The touch panel on the earbuds can be used for various controls:

• X2 (Press Twice): Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
• X3 (Press Triple): Next track (Right earbud), Previous track (Left earbud).
• 1.5” (Press and hold for 1.5 seconds): Activate Voice Assistant.
• Long press (specific duration): Adjust volume (Right earbud volume up, Left earbud volume down).

Factory Resetting

To reset the earbuds to factory settings:

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and ensure they are charging.
2. Press and hold the button on both earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds.
3. The LED indicators will flash red and blue alternately 3 times, indicating a successful reset. This will delete the previous connection record of your phone.

Tips/Warning

• Do not disassemble the earbuds. Avoid dropping them.
• Use original or certified cables for charging.
• Keep the earbuds away from children and pets, as small parts can be a choking hazard.
• Fully charge the earbuds before first-time use. If not used for over 2 weeks, charge and maintain them regularly.
• Avoid extreme temperatures (below 10°C or above 60°C).
• Do not let the earbuds touch sharp objects to prevent scratches.
• Do not expose the product to strong sunlight or fire to avoid explosion.
• Do not use the product outdoors during thunderstorms to avoid malfunction or electric shock.
• Do not use chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.
• Avoid prolonged use of earbuds to prevent hearing damage.
