DX3-IS Switches (16 A to 125 A)
Compliant with ČSN EN 60947-3, utilization category AC-22A. Gray lever, can be sealed in the engaged or disengaged state. Can be equipped with 1 simple or double auxiliary contact. Switches with poles of 1 module width up to In = 63 A can be connected with pin and fork busbars and are equipped with a clip allowing independent detachment from the DIN rail even when connected with a fork busbar. Marked switches can only be connected with pin busbars. Switches with poles of 0.5 module width up to In = 32 A have terminals alternately at two levels for connection with pin busbars.
Switches with Remote Tripping Capability
Compliant with ČSN EN 60947-3, utilization category AC-23A (AC-22A for In = 125A). Double contact separation and visual indication of contact position. Red lever, can be sealed in the engaged or disengaged state. Can be equipped with accessories (auxiliary and signaling contacts, undervoltage and tripping releases, and motor drives). Switches up to 63 A can be connected with fork and pin busbars. Accessories for Signaling and Control
Contact Blocks
For mounting on the left side of devices without tools. Maximum 3 accessory blocks, including: max. 2 contact blocks, max. 1 release block, max. 1 motor drive. For devices with 1.5 module width/pole, only one contact block can be used with the release. White/red indicator visually indicates contact status or release status (depending on accessory function, except for obj. no. 4 062 56). Allows passage of busbars underneath. Signaling functions are equipped with a test button.
- Auxiliary Contact: For signaling contact status. For circuit breakers, residual current devices, residual current devices with overcurrent protection, and switches with remote control.
- Signaling Contact: Indicates device status due to its own release or connected accessory. For circuit breakers, residual current devices, residual current devices with overcurrent protection, and switches with remote control.
- Auxiliary and/or Signaling Contact: Allows selection between both functions or auxiliary + auxiliary contact. For circuit breakers, residual current devices, residual current devices with overcurrent protection, and switches with remote control.
Remote Tripping Accessories
For mounting on the left side of devices without tools. Maximum 1 release per device. For circuit breakers, residual current devices, residual current devices with overcurrent protection, and switches with remote control. The release is installed as the last accessory. Any auxiliary or signaling contacts are connected between the release and the controlled device. Exactly one contact block must be installed between any motor drive and the release. Cannot be combined with motor drives with automatic re-engagement function. Device equipment with connected release is signaled by a red indicator. Allows passage of pin busbars from above.
- Tripping Release: Remote tripping via button with NO contact.
- Undervoltage Release: Remote tripping in case of voltage drop or via button with NC contact. Adjustable delay: 0 – 300 ms.
- Overvoltage Release: Protects the circuit by tripping the associated device in case of voltage between phase and neutral exceeding 275 V~ (e.g., in case of neutral conductor failure).
- Automatic Tripping Release for buttons with NC contact: For remote tripping of the associated device. Tripping via button with NC contact. Does not trip on power failure (only on button press). Supplied with a backup battery with 60 hours of operation (for tripping in the absence of supply voltage). If used with another contact block, it must be installed first.
Motor Drives
Motor Drives for TX³ and DX3-IS Devices
For remote tripping/engagement of the controlled device. Mounting on the left side of circuit breakers, residual current devices, residual current devices with overcurrent protection DX³ and TX³, and switches DX3-IS with remote control capability. Auxiliary and signaling accessories (page 6) can be fitted together with the motor drive. Maximum 2 contact blocks or 1 contact block and 1 release can be fitted for devices with 1.5 module width/pole. Motor drives with automatic re-engagement function cannot be combined with control releases. The motor drive is installed as the first accessory to the device. Possibility of locking in the off position with a padlock up to Ø 4 mm.
- ON/OFF Function - for devices 1 module/pole (In up to 63 A)
- ON/OFF Function - for devices 1.5 module/pole (In up to 125 A)
- ON/OFF Function + Automatic Re-engagement - for devices 1 module/pole (In up to 63 A): Automatically re-engages the associated device, ensuring operational continuity. Delay can be set (0 s, 5 s, 15 s, 1 min, 60 min) after which automatic re-engagement occurs, as well as the number of attempts (1-5x). LED indicates status, or integrated contact. Can be locked in the off position with a padlock up to Ø 4 mm.
Motor Drives STOP&GO with Autotest
Automatically re-engages the associated device, ensuring operational continuity. For 1P+N or 2P circuit breakers, residual current devices, residual current devices with overcurrent protection with 1 module/pole width (In up to 63 A). In case of transient fault, it checks if the fault persists before re-engagement. If the fault is not cleared, the device signals this via LED or integrated contact. If the fault is cleared, the device automatically re-engages. Can be fitted with auxiliary contacts (page 6). Cannot be combined with releases when using automatic re-engagement function. Motor drive is installed as the first accessory to the device. Can be locked in the off position with a padlock up to Ø 4 mm.
Other Accessories
Mechanical Interlocking for Manual Power Source Switching
Only for DX3-IS switches. Mechanical interlocking modules for manual switching of power sources, e.g., mains and backup power supply in case of power failure. Ensures mutual mechanical interlocking of these two sources. Cannot be controlled remotely.

Rotary Control

Time Switches
Time Relays
For controlling electrical appliances and systems – lighting, ventilation, automation, signaling. Adjustable time: from 0.1 s to 100 h. Control voltage: 12 to 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz and 12 to 230 V DC. Changeover contact: 8 A, 250 V~, cosq=1.
- Delayed Activation: Allows delayed activation of the load (alarm, lighting).
- Delayed Deactivation: Allows delayed deactivation of the load (ventilation).
- Intermittent Switching - Cycler: Allows intermittent switching of the load with adjustable off-time and on-time (lighting, warning signals).
- Timer: Allows setting the load to be switched on for a specific time.
- Premature Shutdown: Allows setting the load to be switched on for a specific time. The contact opens after the time cycle (T). Opening also occurs if the control voltage is interrupted before the set cycle length. Re-operation is possible only after interrupting the control voltage.

- Astronomical Twilight and Time Switches: Switching on and off times are calculated based on sunrise and sunset according to date and geographical latitude and longitude. Calculated switching on/off times can be shifted by ±60 min as needed, or set to specific times, like a classic time switch. Astronomical function, daily and weekly or annual programs, program exceptions, cycler, presence simulation, operating hour counting function can be combined.
