Thank you for choosing Invoke Bluetooth Headphones by Sprout. For optimum performance and safety, please read instructions carefully before usage. Please keep this manual for future reference.

03. Quick Start Guide

Charging your Invoke Bluetooth Headphones:

1. Insert the USB-C end of the charging cable into the charging input.
2. Insert the USB-A end of the cable into a power source to charge. The LED indicator will be red while charging is in progress. The LED indicator will be blue when charging is complete. A full charge will take approximately 2.5 hours.

* Using a USB Type C charging cable to connect to a 5V-2A (10W) adapter is recommended. Adapters with larger wattage can also be used (maximum 24W). Car chargers, power banks or docking stations may have fluctuating output. Charging using these devices is not recommended.

Connecting to your Invoke Headphones via Bluetooth:

• Your mobile device needs to be within 10 meters of the Invoke Headphones.
• Make sure your Invoke Headphones' battery has a sufficient charge.
• Compatible with iOS, Android and other Bluetooth devices.

To pair your device:

1. To enter pairing mode from power off, press and hold the power button until you hear “power on". The LED indicator will flash blue and red when your Invoke Headphones are in pairing mode.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone/music device.
3. 'Invoke BT Headphones' will appear on your mobile phone/music device. Select ‘Invoke BT Headphones’ to pair. The LED indicator will flash blue every 5 seconds when pairing is successfully complete.
4. Enjoy your music.
5. After the initial pairing, the headphones will always automatically pair with the previously paired device.

* If you are not familiar with Bluetooth pairing for your mobile phone or music device, refer to the user guide for your mobile phone/music device for instructions to pair a new device using Bluetooth.

Connecting via AUX:

Connect your Invoke Headphones to a smartphone, tablet or other audio device using the AUX cable provided.

04. Troubleshooting

Turning your device on and off:

If you are having trouble turning your device on and off:

• Ensure that the battery is charged, press and hold the power button.
• Ensure that there is no damage to the product. If there is no damage, please contact customer service.

Using buttons and controls:

Invoke's buttons are designed to give tactile feedback:

• Once a button is pressed, you will feel it pop back up. If you do not feel the button pop back up, please repeat.

Read all instructions and warnings prior to using this product. Improper use of this product may result in product damage, excess heat, toxic fumes, [fire symbol].

• Do not use your Invoke Bluetooth Headphones near an open fire, heat source or excessive heat.
• Do not use your Invoke Bluetooth Headphones near water.
• Do not use your Invoke Bluetooth Headphones while charging.
• Protect your charging cable from being pinched particularly at the connectors.
• Unplug your charging cable during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
• Avoid listening at excessive volume levels or for prolonged periods.
• Do not disassemble this device or attempt to modify it in any manner [repair symbol].
• All Sprout products have gone through a thorough quality assurance inspections. If you find that your device is excessively hot, is emitting odour, is deformed, abraded, cut or is experiencing or demonstrating an abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all product use and contact Sprout.

07. Disposal Instructions

At the end of the useful life of your Invoke Bluetooth Headphones, please recycle through your local e-waste collection point. If you are unsure of your local waste collection point, please consult your local council for details.

08. Consumer Guarantee

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you have any questions about your rights in relation to this product, please return it to point of sale or contact us at www.sproutinc.com.au. This warranty does not affect your legal statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For more information about your rights under Australia Consumer Law go to www.accc.gov.au.

Your Invoke Bluetooth Headphones are warranted to the original owner for 24 months from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty does not cover misuse of this product and liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
