Important Safety Instructions
- Do not mix up the HDMI EXTENDER sender and HDMI EXTENDER receiver.
- Do not plug-in/out the cables while the device is in use.
- Use only the provided DC 5V power supply. Ensure the specification matches if using a third-party DC adapter.
Introduction
This HDMI extender system includes both a transmitter (TX) and a receiver (RX) unit. It is designed to extend HDMI signals up to 120 meters over a single network cable and supports resolutions up to 1080p@60Hz. The extender is HDCP compliant.

Installation Requirements
- HDMI source device (e.g., computer, graphics card, DVD player, PS3, HD monitoring equipment).
- HDMI display device (e.g., SDTV, HDTV, projector with HDMI port).
- Network cables: UTP/STP Cat5e/6 network cables, compliant with the IEEE-568B standard.
Panel Description
1. HDMI EXTENDER TX (Sender)
- DC 5V Power Input: Connect the power adapter here.
- HDMI IN: Connect the HDMI source device here.
- LAN TX: Connect to the network cable leading to the receiver.
- RESET: Button to reset the device.
2. HDMI EXTENDER RX (Receiver)
- DC 5V Power Input: Connect the power adapter here.
- HDMI OUT: Connect the HDMI display device here.
- LAN RX: Connect to the network cable coming from the sender.
- RESET: Button to reset the device.
Installation Procedures
1. How to make a Cat5e/6 network cable
Follow the standard of IEEE-568B for wiring:
- 1-Orange/white
- 2-Orange
- 3-Green/white
- 4-Blue
- 5-Blue/white
- 6-Green
- 7-Brown/white
- 8-Brown
2. Connections
2.1 Point to Point Connection
Connect a single HDMI source to the TX unit, and the RX unit to an HDMI display using a single network cable for distances up to 120 meters (over CAT6).
2.2 LAN Switch Cascade Connection
Utilize a LAN switch or router to achieve unlimited extension by cascading multiple TX and RX units. Note: It is recommended to use Gigabit Ethernet switches. Mixing Fast Ethernet (100Mbps) and Gigabit Ethernet (1000Mbps) switches in a cascade is not recommended.
2.3 One-to-many Connection
Use a network router or switch to connect one sender (TX) to multiple receivers (RX) for extender and splitter functionality.

FAQ
Q: TV displays "Waiting for connection"?
A: Please check if the power supply for the TX (Sender) and any used switch is connected. Ensure all cables are firmly connected.
Q: TV displays "Please check the TX input signal"?
A: 1) Verify that there is an HDMI signal input to the TX unit. 2) Try connecting the signal source directly to the display device to confirm signal output from the source, or try a different HDMI cable and signal source.
Q: Display is not fluent or stable?
A: 1) Check that the cable lengths between the TX to switch, switch to RX, and connections at each level are within the specified ranges. 2) Press the "RESET" button on the TX/RX front panel to reset and reconnect.
