IKEA Family Offer: Earn 5x Reward Keys on Eligible Purchases at the IKEA Swedish Restaurant

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion: During the Promotion Period, IKEA Family Members will receive 5 reward keys for every $5 spent (normally 1 reward key for every $5 spent) on Eligible Purchases at the Swedish Restaurant. Reward keys can be redeemed towards rewards by IKEA Family Members only. For more details, visit: https://www.ikea.com/au/en/ikea-family/benefits/rewards/.

2. Promoter: The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.

3. IKEA Family Members: The Promotion is only available to customers with an active IKEA Family membership and who identify with their membership details prior to payment.

4. Promotion Period: The Promotion Period starts on Monday, 2 June 2025 and ends on Sunday, 29 June 2025 during the opening hours of the Participating Stores.

6. Eligible Purchases: Only food and beverage purchases made at the Swedish Restaurant are Eligible Purchases. This Promotion does not apply to any other non-food or non-beverage based products brought to the Swedish Restaurant registers for purchase.

Valid only for purchases in-person at the IKEA Swedish Restaurant: IKEA Family Members must provide their membership details (before completing their purchase) to the IKEA Swedish Restaurant Co-worker at the register checkout. The IKEA Reward Keys will be added to a customer's IKEA Family account at increments of 5 IKEA reward keys awarded for every $5 spend on Eligible Purchases during the Promotion. As an example, a total purchase of $9.90 will earn 5 IKEA reward keys (with no further reward keys to be awarded for the remaining partial incremental spend). Any collected IKEA Reward Keys under this Promotion may take up to 48 hours to be added to an IKEA Family account.

8. Returns: All return of product(s) are subject to IKEA standard returns and exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Validation and Verification: Eligibility to the Promotion will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. The Promoter's decision is final.

10. Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period.

11. Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. Customers (including IKEA Family Members) shall review these terms on a regular basis.

12. Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges including GST, customs duties or other statutory charges.

13. Limitation of liability: The Promoter is not liable to any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of any participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
