Intended Use
The appliance is intended for joining suitable materials using blind rivets. Use this appliance only as described and for the areas of application specified. The appliance is not intended for commercial use. Any other usage or modification of the appliance is deemed to be improper and carries a significant risk of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage attributable to misuse.
The appliance is part of the Parkside X20V TEAM series and can be operated using Parkside X20V TEAM batteries. Batteries from the Parkside X20V TEAM series may only be charged using Parkside X20V TEAM series chargers.
Features
Diagram Description: The main diagram shows the cordless rivet gun with numbered parts. Figure A displays four different nosepiece sizes (2.4 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.8 mm). Figure B illustrates the gripper jaws and their holder. Figure C shows the battery pack and a high-speed charger.

- 2 Mandrel collector: Collects used mandrels.
- 3 Thread: For attaching the mandrel collector.
- 4 Belt clip: For attaching the tool to a belt.
- 5 Work light: Illuminates the work area.
- 6 Trigger: Activates the tool.
- 7 Nosepiece: Guides the rivet and mandrel.
- 8 Nose housing: Houses the nosepiece and gripper jaws.
- 9 Spare nosepiece: Additional nosepieces for different rivet sizes.
- 10 Replacement gripper jaws: For replacing worn gripper jaws.
- 11 Gripper jaws: Grip the rivet mandrel.
- 12 Gripper jaws holder: Holds the gripper jaws in place.
- 13 Battery pack: Power source (sold separately).
- 14 Release button: For removing the battery pack.
- 15 High-speed charger: For charging the battery pack (sold separately).

Specific Safety Instructions for Blind Rivet Tools
- Keep hands away from moving parts.
- Do not allow broken off mandrels to fall to the floor.
- Ensure firm footing, especially when working at heights.
- Be aware of falling mandrels from elevated positions.
- Hold the appliance with a firm grip.
- Never point the tool at yourself or others.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Power Tool Use and Care
- Do not force the tool. Use the correct tool for the application.
- Do not use if the switch is faulty.
- Disconnect power/battery before adjustments or storage.
- Store out of reach of children and untrained users.
- Maintain the tool and accessories.
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.
- Use accessories according to instructions.
- Keep handles dry and clean.
Use and Handling of the Cordless Electrical Power Tool
- Charge batteries only with recommended chargers.
- Use only supplied battery units.
- Store batteries away from metal objects to prevent short circuits.
- Avoid contact with leaking battery fluid; flush with water and seek medical help if necessary.
- Do not use damaged or modified batteries.
- Do not expose batteries to fire or excessive temperatures (over 130°C / 265°F).
- Follow charging instructions and temperature ranges.
Service and Maintenance
Service
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. Never try to repair damaged batteries; they should only be maintained by the manufacturer or an approved service centre.
Maintenance and Cleaning
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Always switch the appliance off and remove the battery before carrying out any work on the appliance.
- The appliance is maintenance-free.
- Keep the appliance clean, dry, and free from oil or grease.
- Never allow liquids into the appliance.
- Use a dry cloth for cleaning; avoid petrol or solvents.
- For long-term storage of lithium-ion batteries, check charge level regularly (50-80% optimum). Store in a cool, dry environment.
NOTE: Replacement parts that are not listed (such as batteries, switches, etc.) can be ordered via our Service Hotline.
Changing the Gripper Jaws
Worn gripper jaws should be replaced with the supplied ones. This involves unscrewing the union nut, removing the nose housing, unscrewing the gripper jaws holder, replacing the jaws, and reassembling in reverse order.
Disposal
Do not dispose of power tools in your normal domestic waste!
This appliance is subject to Directive 2012/19/EU and must be disposed of at designated collection points, recycling depots, or disposal companies. Disposal is free of charge.
Protect the environment and dispose of this appliance properly.
If your old appliance contains personal data, delete it yourself before disposal.
Remove old batteries before disposal and take them to a separate collection point. If batteries are permanently installed, indicate this during disposal.
Local authorities can provide information on disposal.
Packaging is made from environmentally friendly material and can be disposed of at your local recycling plant. Note labelling for separation.
Kompernaß Handels GmbH Warranty
This appliance has a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Battery packs also have a 3-year warranty if included. Statutory rights are not restricted.
Warranty Conditions
- Warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Keep receipt as proof.
- For material or manufacturing faults within three years, the product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Kompernaß Handels GmbH's discretion.
- Proof of purchase and a description of the fault are required.
- Repair or replacement does not start a new warranty period.
Warranty does not apply to:
- Normal reduction of battery capacity over time.
- Commercial use.
- Damage or alteration by the customer.
- Non-compliance with safety/maintenance instructions or operating errors.
- Damage caused by natural hazards.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To ensure quick processing:
- Have receipt and item number (IAN 444079_2307) ready.
- Contact the service department by telephone or e-mail for defects.
- Return defective products free of charge to the provided service address with proof of purchase and fault description.
