Application Control

Pairing with Tuya Smart App:

To control the device via smartphone, download and install the "TUYA SMART" app. Search for "TUYA SMART" in your app store or scan the provided QR code. Register an account if it's your first time using the app, or log in if you already have one.

Network Pairing:

Connect the controller to power. Ensure the indicator light flashes rapidly (twice per second). To achieve this state: press and hold the "SET" button, or power cycle the controller 6 times. Connect your phone to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Open the app, tap the "+" icon, select "Lighting", then "Light Source (BLE+Wi-Fi)", and follow the remaining on-screen instructions.

App Interface Features:

Color Selection: Adjust color using a color wheel, select white temperatures, and control brightness.
Mode Selection: Choose from various static, dynamic (e.g., colorful trailing, wave, stack), and music modes. Dynamic modes offer adjustable width and speed.
Scene Saving: Save up to 8 custom scenes.
Settings: Configure communication protocol (SPI/DMX with various speeds), LED strip type (Single Color, CCT, RGB, RGBW, RGB+CCT), and pixel points (e.g., 1024).
Color Calibration: Fine-tune colors by adjusting Red, Green, Blue, Warm White, and Cool White values.
Power On Animation: Customize the animation that plays when the controller powers on, including color, brightness, and speed.
Timer Function: Set schedules for the controller to turn on or off at specific times.
DND Mode: Enable Do Not Disturb mode for energy saving, useful during power interruptions.

Voice Control

Alexa Integration:

1. Add your device to the "Tuya Smart" app. 2. Open the Alexa app. 3. Navigate to "More" (☰ icon) > "Skills & Games". 4. Tap the search icon (?) and type "Smart life". 5. Select the "Smart Life" skill and follow the prompts to link your account. This enables voice commands like "Alexa, turn off bedroom light".

Google Home Integration:

1. Add your device to the "Tuya Smart" app. 2. Open the Google Home app. 3. Tap the "+" icon in the top left corner, then "Set up device". 4. Select "Works with Google". 5. Tap the search icon (?) and type "Smart life". 6. Select the "Smart Life" skill and follow the prompts to link your account. This enables voice commands through Google Assistant.

Pairing and Unpairing

Pairing:

1. Disconnect power from the controller for 10 seconds, then reconnect it.

2. Within 3 seconds of power restoration, briefly press the "ON" button on the remote control.

3. A green flashing indicator on the controller confirms successful pairing. If the indicator does not flash, repeat the steps. (Note: Re-pairing is not possible if the remote has already completed pairing).

Unpairing:

1. Disconnect power from the controller for 10 seconds, then reconnect it.

2. Within 3 seconds of power restoration, press the "ON" button on the remote control 5 times.

3. A red flashing indicator on the controller confirms successful unpairing. If the indicator does not flash, repeat the steps. (Note: Unpairing is not necessary if the controller was never paired).

Safety Warnings

Turn off the power before installation.
Ensure the input voltage matches the device requirements.
Do not disassemble the device without knowledge and experience, as it may cause damage.
Avoid using the controller in areas with strong electromagnetic fields or metal elements, as this may significantly affect signal range.
